Everything is done electronically, which means that appointment schedule, patient portals, televisits, are not only done efficiently, but there is minimal wait time. I have physically been to the office 4x, and have never had more than a 5 minute wait (I am not holding them to this standard in the future, but I think that is pretty amazing) The staff is incredibly helpful, caring and very professional. Everyone, including the front desk staff, has always been super helpful so I am happy to continue being a patient.
