Aspen Dental, basically had me hostage after I had paid over $9K for implants. Taelor, at the Englewood office, and Lauren, previously of the Venice office where I started my saga must be graduates, with honors, from the Gestapo charm school. Their customer service is disgraceful, rude, unethical and totally unprofessional. They make up appointments for services you have not asked for and create imaginary additional charges.
