She did a great job balancing it all out but it was definitely not fair for her to be alone. We sat and looked at the menu for a moment. She let us know that there was a delay in the kitchen and we had to wait 30 minutes for our food. But that was ok we were there for good food, good drinks and a vibe so we didn't mind. What we ordered: Rum punch 10/10 Money drink 10/10 Grio with banan 10/10 Ribs with fries 10/10 The food was served hot and fresh! The music skipped a little but that was ok. This place is really affordable unlike these other overpriced lounges... We Will definitely be back!

I came to The Spot Lounge on July 19 to celebrate my birthday. I've always wanted to listen to a…read morelive sax player and was excited when I learned this establishment has one everyone Wednesday night. Overall my group had a decent time and really enjoyed the sax player. The lounge is a decent size, there are about 5 sections, normal seating at tables, and bar seating. The drinks were good and so were the wings we ordered. One of the members from my group had the rice in a pineapple, though it looked good she had to send it back because it didn't taste good. Our servicer was very attentive and friendly. She was patient and answered all of our questions. The reason for the three stars is because I tried to reach this establishment multiple times leading up to my birthday and didn't get a response until the day of. I called the number a different times during business and sent messages to their social media page to find out if I needed to make reservations. This nearly caused me to not even attend this establishment. Also on Wednesday if you have a group of 5 or more ladies you receive a free bottle of wine. I do wish we were able to choose the wine because we were given an extremely dry wine and no one drank it. So I feel that was wasteful.

The staff is also very friendly and welcoming, which definitely made the experience more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the hookah itself was disappointing. I ordered the Love 66 flavor, and it wasn't very good from the start. Within about 30 minutes, it became harsh and unpleasant to smoke. A quality hookah should last much longer without burning or losing its flavor. The atmosphere and customer service are solid, but the hookah quality needs improvement. I'd come back if they were more consistent with their preparation, but based on this visit, it was an average experience overall.

We ordered the Rotana Special mix, and wow... smooth, flavorful, and lasted the entire session without getting harsh. The staff actually checks in to rotate coals without you having to flag anyone down--always a good sign of a well-run hookah lounge. Drinks were on point too. I had their mint tea, which paired perfectly with the hookah and felt like something straight out of a Middle Eastern café. What really stands out is how relaxed the whole environment is. It's lively but not loud, social but not chaotic--basically the perfect balance. Whether you're catching up with friends or just want a comfortable spot to decompress, Rotana hits the mark. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!
