So this was my very first oral surgery. The surgeon was very nice! She was patient and gentle with me knowing that I was scared of getting this wisdom tooth removed. Not only was she fast but also thorough. Checking in on me every few minutes. I was even allowed to listen to music (on low in case they needed to ask me anything) to help keep me relaxed. Overall this was a great experience. They even gave me an ice pack and meditation for the pain. The extra amount of care is highly appreciated. read more

Got my cleaning and root canal at this clean dentists facility. The people working seemed to be friendly towards each other and played music which comforted my time as a patient. Moreover, the insurance and payment matters were dealt with through open communication and accommodation for my situation. My only reason for not giving five stars is because my lip got pinched at the end of my crown delivery. Not sure if it was a vision oversight or they were in a rush but that was my only source of uneeded discomfort.​ read more

Great dentist! Helped my daughter calm down when she was nervous about her appointment.

After taking X-rays of my extractions I was told I was recommended to get bone a graft but it wasn't necessary. Each bone graft was 500$ so it would be a total of 1,000$. They told me to think about it and if I wanted to get it to let them know, I decided I did not want to get the bone graft, they told me well I don't think the dentist will want to move on with your procedure we are going to refer you to someone else.That is just being money hungry, because if it was something necessary they would have told me from the beginning and not told me it was a recommendation. It's understandable it's a business and they want to make money but turning down a client for something they don't want is beyond me. Very unprofessional no longer about patient care but rather profit. If I would have agreed to paying 1000$ then yes ahead with the procedure but since I opted out they no longer wanted to service me. read more

I can surely say the experience was great. My little brother and sister had a wisdom teeth, removal appointment, and from what I am told from their experience staff was friendly and helpful very attentive made them feel comfortable and cared for. Helped them out throughout their visit and instructed them well for their after care. They even went above and beyond and provided them with extra gauze for them to have for home treatment. Been coming here for the past 2 years. Dr. Luis A always makes me feel extremely comfortable and knows how to ease my nerves. He takes the time to educate me on my dental care and explains any dental treatment in detail. I always request him for his fun and comforting personality & he has an extremely light hand for local anesthesia. Updated on my teeth: I was a patient for 9years here. Let me tell you that: THEY MESSED UP MY TEETH!! My root canal wasn't done right, now I have to get another root canal done on the same tooth that Alameda worked on! They did my cavity filling too deep, now I have sensitivity issues on my teeth. Plus they like to say medi-cal doesn't cover cavities but in reality medi-cal does cover it! Also lied to me saying I had 9 cavities but when I went to a different dentist they said I only had two cavities. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE GETTING ANY WORK DONE HERE! read more

He's a soft spoken young dentist, very professional and informative. i went when my wisdom teeth were coming out & i was in immense pain. they quoted me about $4,000 to have them removed. i asked if there's any way they would grow out okay without complications. the dental "expert" who was an older skinny woman about 40 years old told me that i NEEDED to have my wisdom teeth removed because if i didnt they would never come out fully & the pain would never go away. she showed me my xrays & said my teeth were too close together & my wisdom teeth would never come out without surgery... 1 week later & they came out & i have no more pain..... like i know you work off commission & getting people to have their surgeries is a bonus check for you, but you dont have to lie about it. she said they would never come out & i'd be stuck in pain, but she was completely wrong. what a certified dentist...... dont go here. they just want your money & will NOT be honest with you. The last time I came to this clinic was actually awful. They really do try to just sell procedures that you don't need. I was told I needed numbing injections when they weren't even necessary and had to end up paying $400 out of pocket. They also tried to tell me that I needed to have a procedure done for my gums because they were receding. I looked at my teeth and they didn't honestly seem like they would fall out so I went to a different location to get a second opinion. I was told they completely lied about my diagnosis and the $2000 procedure that they tried to get me to have was completely unnecessary as well. It's so messed up! Nowadays everything is so expensive so for a dental office to try to scam you into getting procedures done that you don't need is actually quite awful. If they ever try to sell you anything, please get a second opinion before anything else! read more
