When I called to confirm the appointment 3 days before the actual appointment date, they said they needed to cancel/reschedule it. 3A. They scheduled me with a nurse practitioner, my problem required a specialist. 3B. The NP they scheduled me with was a female. The problem I was being treated for required a male physician for multiple reasons as I am a male (especially because this is a urology clinic).
