They did not inform me ahead of time what my insurance did and did not cover and ended up charging me $120 for an eye exam even though my copay was $20 and their reasoning is that I have astigmatism which I informed them of ahead of time and they still told me it would be a $20 co pay. This is sneaky and unacceptable. I purchased lenses and not frames and inquired on contacts with them. I swiped my card for the lens purchase that day and was called the next week and was told my insurance benefit was already used. Keep in mind I specifically asked them about this benefit since I was not purchasing frames and they informed me that I would still be able to utilize it for contacts. Now the next week comes and they claim that was miscommunication and they can't use the benefit for both when I specifically inquired on both with them. Keep in mind I already purchased the lenses so now I would have to pay out of pocket. They told me the week prior it would be $83 if I didn't use my insurance and now Anita is claiming for it to be $170. Another miscommunication. So I suggest before you go here, you read on your benefit and you know about it front and back because they will not be helpful at all with what your insurance covers. Now they claim they don't usually do refunds and the only way they can do that is via check So their miscommunication has now cost me hundreds of dollars which is really great. I came in here in a good mood and left extremely frustrated and now the next week even more frustrated nobody here is helpful. Everybody is in a rush and not friendly. Do not go here. Now comes the bad part - getting the glasses. I was told two weeks. They were not in. I should mention his office now has a phone tree and you cannot always get a person. If you leave a message your calls are not returned. When I did speak with someone I was told they are definitely coming today. It has now been three weeks and no glasses. They refuse to call and find out the problem. In one year their practice has definitely gone downhill.

So, I went to this location July 3rd for a severe sore throat. Since I started a new job, I did not…read morehave any insurance. Hence the reason I went to NextCare. I was told the visit would cost right at $300 or, I could sign up for their NextCare Advantage for $161 and $32 a month. Seemed to be the best deal at the time. The nurse and the Dr we're pleasant to talk to. They immediately said after looking at my throat, that it was more than likely Strep. However, after the test done in the office, they ruled out Strep A. They told me they would have to send another swab sample to a lab and that it could take up to 3 days for results. The Dr went ahead and treated it as Strep anyways. Well, 3 days went by and I call. I was told their computers have been down for 2-days and they had no answers. Yet, my condition has worsened, not gotten any better. I called back today to find out the lab results came back negative for "bacteria". Great! So, I asked then what it was I had. The response and the reason I'm taking the time to write this review? "You would have to come back in, and pay to have another diagnosis'. What??? They did not even help me at all! I said,' You want me to pay you for another visit for the same issue that was never diagnosed? Hope this helps someone. I just threw $150 worth of my grocery money for them to tell me nothing!
