We thought the person who came out to give us an estimate on a roof, siding, and a front porch was…read moregreat, especially when he agreed to meet with us on a Saturday morning due to our work schedules. During our initial phone conversation he said he could usually give us a price or at least a rough estimate on the spot. After a few days of waiting I had to call and leave a few voicemails asking if he was still working on an estimate for us. My husband and I completely understand that many homeowners are having renovations done, especially since everyone is staying home more and we were fine with that. We did eventually get a response that he was still working on it but they were really busy. We waited some more. After a couple more tries, I was able to get something for the roof and the siding. However, after multiple voicemails on our part I just flat out left a voicemail asking whether they were even going to quote us on a porch. That was back on 3 September and we have heard nothing - no courtesy of a response which we are accepting as a "No, we aren't interested." If you can't do it, at least have the courtesy to inform your prospective customer. Actions do speak volumes and that's not a good business practice. Too bad for any business but especially for a local company you'd like to support. I'm sorry to report that we are no longer considering them .... maybe that was their plan all along.

Impossible to get anyone to come out to fix. I had to lie to them and tell them I was a new customer to get them out, once they realized it was their crappy job they were fixing they ghosted me again. I had to hire someone else to fix. And then never got my garage fixed (where the leak caused damage). Scam.

They after a couple years the roof started to leak all over. They came and told me the screws had backed out so they tightened them. A couple years later the same thing. This year there were several more bad leaks they came and "tightened" screws again, but it still leaked. Joe told me it looked like a rafter was sagging from moisture and that is why it was leaking. Later i found a panel that was over lapped incorrectly and that was causing one of the leaks. I let them know but they haven't got back to me. I had another roofing contractor look at the roof. He said not only wast that panel incorrect but the roof it self was not installed to the manufacturer specifications and that it would always no mater how many times they tighten the screws. The only fix it to replace the roof and install it correctly.
