Scammers. I called at 1:17 am to get my boyfriend out, they took all my info over the phone including my social security number. After I called back after only 10 minutes, they claimed to have never spoke with me. And the man who took all my information and literally asked me to repeat my social security number THREE TIMES!!!!! Apparently did not exist. Their "names" are Hector & Fernando. I used their services, Brian was really helpful. Overall the location and the staff are helpful. Parking is meter parking or you have to go inside and pay. My only issue is the financial department (800-774-7452). There are only 20 people working at that call center. SONIA is the worst, i called twice, and the same illiterate little girl answered. She will talk over you and once you put her in her place she'll respond with "ok" But anyways, i had called to have both of my accounts placed into one account so that i don't have to make two monthly payments. I just wont pay, the least they can do is send it to collections. The DA at the court had dismissed the case so my husband wont get arrested. read more

So I called Aladdin Bail Bond based on referrals that I've heard from people that I know I personally have never had to bail somebody out of jail so I'm totally lost on what steps or what exactly it is you're supposed to do anyways I called this particular location in Inglewood twice both times I was told that the overnight agent would returned my call both times it did not happen this is such a terrible experience when you're trying to get someone out of jail and they tell you that they're going to help walk you through this process and you're totally ignored I wouldn't say my referrals were wrong because I haven't got the chance to work with this company but I'm pretty sure none of them use this location such a horrible experience when you're already going through the stress of everything else read more

I never thought I'd have a reason to use a bail bonds company. I laughed at the commercials of frightened women signing their lives away with a tear, a handshake, and a hopeful smile. When I found myself needing to bail out a loved one, I initially thought of those commercials, of Aladdin Bail Bonds. I thought to myself, just like I'd never expect to get the best service in car insurance from a cartoon military dude and his penguin friend, I would similarly not expect the best service from Aladdin Bail Bonds because these kinds of companies take advantage of people who have no other options. Now I see that this doesn't seem to be the case, or maybe I have become someone with no other options. On that horrid night where I needed the help of a bail bonds company, I first called small, local companies. They couldn't help me because I, like many other homeowners, have no equity in my home. Therefore, it could not be used as collateral if my loved one skipped bail. (Which will not happen because he knows I will find him and drag him there by his member!...but I digress...) The lady from one of those companies (who sounded like she was chain smoking 3 cigarettes in each hand) told me she'd refer me to another company whose underwriters allow them to "play a little more fast and loose." Um...yeah.... Based on a friend's suggestion, I broke down and called Aladdin. Matt explained to me that other companies' insurance underwriters cannot do a deal without collateral because they don't do as high volume of business. Aladdin can afford to take higher risks in many cases because they do high volume. (Probably the same case for some of the cheesy insurance companies who advertise on local cable, too.) Anyway, I signed my life away with a tear, a handshake, and a hopeful smile. My guy is back home. He WILL show up in court. He has already paid me back more than 1/3 of what I had to shell out. I have no idea what happens from here, but I have a pretty good feeling that some thuggy bounty hunter with a baseball bat won't be looming over us while we sleep. If I had gone with one of the one of the smaller, local companies whose underwriters deal a little fast and loose, who knows what could have gone down. read more

long story short I had to bail my brother-in-law out of jail recently. not mentioning any details but he was in a lot of trouble and we thought that fighting the case on the streets would be a lot better for him. my life and I called every bail bonds we found in the yellow pages. we ended up with Aladdin. the location on century Boulevard is the one closest to us. when all was said and done we only had to come out of pocket $400. my brother in law had to continue payments of $200 until he paid off 10 percent of the actual bail. great service and very helpful employees. all in all from the time we called to the time my brother in law got out. it was only 4 hours. So if you need help bailing some one out of an unfortunate situation Aladdin is the number ona place. read more

Having had no previous experience with bail bond companies (thank God) I have to say these people were truly angels for my family in this time of crisis. They went out of their way to help us out, and work within our perameters financially. They were a kindly voice and a sympathetic ear on the telephone in the middle of the night and anytime I called that I needed advise, or just someone to talk to about our situation. There was Nancy the mom, I could talk to on that level, Brent who bent to help us out with costs and have his guy in the field named Matt drive out a long way to be in court on a short moments notice, and dear Betty in the office that was kind and a good listener for us. I was immensely impressed at how compassionate they all were, made us feel human in an inhuman situation, and the personal touch they all seemed to have, especially when you are scared out of your wits and everything seems so bleak and beyond your control. I hope to God I never need their services again, but I would advise anyone who finds their self in a frightening situation such as we had, to use their services. They were totally awesome. read more
