A family member of mine got themselves into quite some trouble this evening. I panicked, I had never been in a situation where I needed to bail someone out. I ran across the street to the first bail bonds place I found and, although it said it was open 24 hours, nobody was there. Quickly I googled and called Aladdin, as I recalled hearing of them in the past. Ana answered and was very courteous and helpful. She even gave me directions because I was so anxious and couldn't think straight. She was very reassuring over the phone that she would help me handle the situation I was in. I arrived at Aladdin and right away was greated. Ana and Karen were very welcoming and professional. They work exceptionally well together, they make exemplary team! I sat with Ana, who was prompt in getting all my paperwork done quickly and correctly. Karen even assisted her with making phone calls or copies of paperwork that were needed. I never would have imagined feeling a sense of relief even before my loved one was out on bail. These ladies made me feel comfortable and reassured that I was in the best hands. They even got my mind off the negativity while we waited for some information to come through. They got me laughing a bit and feeling a lot less stressed. When I left, they made sure I had their card and told me to call them for anything, no matter the time. I hope I never find myself in another situation like this, but if I do or anyone I know does... without a doubt, Aladdin is the way to go! I recommend them 110%.
