Come on folks. EVERY treadmill in the facility is in desperate need of replacing. The ONLY one that…read moreisn't skipping is the one to the right of the wipe station. I've spoken to several staff members and relayed this but nothings been done. It's literally a safety / liability issue at this point. The first time that belt skips when someone is doing sprint intervals there's gonna be a lawsuit...just saying... Can we please get some functional treadmills for those of us who sprint at faster speeds, please? Noting the reviews from years past I see a review that said that the only reason the upkeep is allowed to be so minimal is because it's the only game in town. 13 years later I'm feeling the same.

Went to the their burn and brunch and got a really good workout. Being that I usually do 1 hr long…read moreworkouts I was impressed to get a good burn in only 30 mins. The class was divided into stations that focused 2 moves: a tone and then a torch move. It was broken down to 4 stations. The instructor demonstrated each move and her and the other workers would correct the form of the ppl working out. I thinks this a great place for women to get a good cardio workout in a short amount of time. I loved the equipment - ropes, steppers, kettlebells, wall balls, weighted bars, dumbbells and more. It also has a child care room which makes it even more convenient for women with kids. Nice and clean place. Large workout area. It's located near the music box store in that small plaza area. Everyone seemed really friendly and it is a judgment free place. I think it's a great place for women of all fitness ranges because you modify moves to fit your abiliities.

This physical therapy facility is truly one of a kind. Because it's integrated into a gym, I was…read moreable to learn how to incorporate my therapy exercises into my regular fitness routine, which made my recovery feel much more practical and sustainable. What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff. Over the course of six months, I had the opportunity to work with the entire team, especially Rachel, Adam, and Mr. Louie. Their knowledge, encouragement, and personalized approach helped me create a successful recovery plan for both my foot and hip. Beyond the excellent care, they foster an environment that feels like a genuine community. I always felt welcomed, supported, and motivated throughout my treatment. While I'm sad to have graduated from physical therapy, I'm grateful for the experience and will definitely be stopping by to say hello from time to time!

5/5 Stars (If I could give 10, I would!)…read more After three months of debilitating vertigo and dizziness, I am finally back to myself, thanks to Dr. Watkins at Legendary Performance. Before finding this practice, I endured four emergency room visits and multiple appointments with my primary care physician, who repeatedly, and incorrectly diagnosed me with hypertension and prescribed medication I didn't need. My blood pressure remained normal at home, and I knew deep down that the root cause of my vertigo was being missed. Desperate for answers, I found an ENT on my own, who recommended vestibular rehabilitation with Dr. Watkins. I'll be honest: the first visit was difficult, and we had to stop early. However, I noticed immediately afterward that my dizziness improved when turning my head on the pillow-a small but significant victory. I was hesitant to return, but encouraged by my husband and my own intuition, I went back for a second session. After just 15 minutes of specialized vestibular physical therapy, my vertigo and dizziness completely disappeared. It felt like I was a new person. No one else was able to provide the correct diagnosis or relief until I walked into Legendary Performance. Dr. Watkins is incredibly caring, professional, and--most importantly--highly knowledgeable. His diagnostic skills gave me my life back. If I ever experience these symptoms again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to return. Thank you, Dr. Watkins!

I had no clue what Crossfit was all about prior to meeting Matt but his emphasis was making sure that every single person has a great experience during the sessions and that the workout matched the individual and wasn't just checking the boxes. There was no high pressure 'join this gym now' sales tactics just a knowledgeable coach wanting to help me work toward having a fit, healthy body. Bottom line, this is a great place filled with encouraging coaches and I highly recommend anyone looking to get healthier to give this place a go...
