Upon meeting Matthew he seemed very rude and arrogant. He was snippy and kept mentioning the time and what kind of massage I wanted. I said, I'm not sure this is my first professional medical massage and he should reference what the doctor said. He then repeated no its up to me or I can leave. I was so shocked that I just said whatever he thinks is best and I let him do the massage. Jeez. To start off the staff was rude when arriving did not feel a welcoming feeling at all. I was never informed on what the consultation involved so naturally I fill out the paper work I was given and then proceeded to one of the rooms where I was told to go. Thinking this was apart of the consultation the doctor adjusted me, I was never informed on any insurance coverage or whether this was included in the free consultation. About 2 years ago, I was thrilled to have found Dr Principe who runs this practice. I was…read moredesperate to find an integrative physician not afraid to think outside the mainstream medical box. However, in my desperation to have a doctor that was both integrative and open-minded, I've time and time again overlooked the rudeness and disorganization of the people answering the phone - particularly Dina the office manager (who runs the front desk). This woman should be no where near customers or have any contact with the public. Adam at the front desk (an intern) seems to have taken after Dina. I guess rudeness is contagious there, in my opinion. I've overlooked Dina being rude to people calling in asking questions when I was in the waiting room, on multiple occasions. I actually heard her answer the phone, on one occasion with Dr Principe sitting next to her listening, answer the phone to a person with cancer looking to become a patient. She was SO rude to that person. Dr Principe said NOTHING. And talk about privacy concerns! Well just recently, I found myself on the other end of that rudeness. When I tried to escalate the issue past Dina, she told me that I can NEVER talk to the doctor via phone and he will NOT return my phone call. I am an existing patient and they cancelled my appointment the same day as my appointment. Dina left me only 1 message two hours prior to my appointment to cancel it for that day because they got 'too' busy. I got the message on my phone after I parked in their lot to walk into the appointment. I called the next morning to reschedule only to be told they had to call me back. I didn't hear back, so I called today, 2 days later, to ask if I was scheduled for next week. Again, I was told by Adam that they would have to call me back. About 5 hours later I got a voicemail from the nurse (Jacqui) saying that they couldn't refill my meds until they see me and I should call back to talk to the front desk to make an appointment (and around and around we go!). She obviously had no idea that they were the ones who cancelled my appointment on me earlier in the week. When I called back and spoke to Adam at the front desk to tell him there is major confusion, I could sense, yet again, by his tone that he could care less to be working there let alone care about medical run-around they are giving me. Talking to them is like talking to a brick wall. So he responds that he can 'squeeze' me in in about 2 weeks! I said that was unacceptable and did he understand that I am out of medication and they are the ones who have giving me the run-around after having cancelled the appointment on me! It didn't sound like he cared and mid sentence handed the phone to Dina at the front desk. She did not even let me finish my sentence before she hung up on me. I called back to speak to the Doctor and she hung up on me again. I called back to speak to the nurse, Jacquie, and Adam did put me through to her. She ended up being apologetic, and understanding....but too little too late. She also said that she confirmed with Dr Principe that he had not been given the message by his staff (no thanks to Dina and Adam!) that I had had an appointment that week that they had cancelled on me! So much for Adam being able to relay a message properly. And this guy is going to medical school soon? Scary! I just wanted to share my experiences in case anyone was considering this practice. Too disorganized and many unhappy workers there. This has been going on since I have been a patient there and it is totally unacceptable. I highly recommend you look at other practices for your health needs. No one deserves to be treated like this. The even more sad part is, that it is evident to me that Dr Principe knows how Dina treats patients, yet he allows it to continue. In my opinion, that woman needs to be fired. I am sure she is costing his practice money. Just sad.

His office has an inviting feel to it from the moment you walk in the door, and once you meet Dr. Bob, you'll feel like you've know him for years! He is an excellent listener to his patients and takes his time when he is with you. You will never feel rushed out of his office, as you might have experienced with other Dr.'s offices. Recently renovated and expanded... the place looks great…read more After going to one of his informational meetings, and hearing how a patient of Dr. McKenna had gotten off of some of the same prescription drugs my wife was on and trying to quit, I was determined to get her to come. While she's still in her corrective stage of treatment, she says she's feeling much better and I'd have to believe her. She also quit one of the meds so far. As for me, I'm more or less in maintenance and doing well. In the one and a half years that I've been a patient I've had maybe three or four headaches, all of which were either due to the atmosphere or dehydration. That's down from at least three, usually four to five headaches a week. The chiropractic stuff is amazing, and Dr. McKenna and his staff do a great job. Highly recommended.
