Many brides and corperate clientele have been frustrated at the state the booths arrive in. They are also very unlikely to give a refund, and will fight tooth and nail to avoid returning money in disaster situations. Worked there for a year, learned all sorts of skills, and was never shown any appreciation for it. Some great people work here, but it feels like they don't have any real interest in retention as they are always hiring.

I don't think I heard even one song on my dinner list, and 75% of the dancing songs were also not what we wanted. I specified that we didn't want country music or any cheesy line dances. He played the cotton eye joe song, and 2 or 3 other line dances and I had people continually going up and asking him to play songs from our list all night long. Even though we told him the reception ended at 11:00, he insisted that we never discussed this and that we would owe him for an extra 30 minutes. He asked one of my bridesmaids to pay for the additional time. When we first met with him he was trying to beat the price of another DJ and insisted that if we needed more uplighting he would provide it free of charge. When we asked about it later he wanted to charge us for it, and also asked my bridesmaid to pay for the 3 additional uplights. She told him that considering he didn't play from my list and had a "booty contest" at my wedding that maybe he should let it go and so he went and got my fiancé and had him pay him for the extra fees. I really liked him when we met; however he was extremely misleading, and seemed to only say what we wanted to hear to get our business and then did things how he wanted to do them on the day of. Very disappointing experience. Definitely would not recommend. After posting a fair and honest review, my husband was harassed by Rob as we were trying to prepare for our honeymoon. When we returned I had received a nasty email from Rob taking absolutely no responsibility for any of the aspects of his service that we were unhappy with. Booking this DJ was the biggest mistake at my wedding....Beware.

Even though I provided 3-month notice, Weddings Only DJ refused to return any of my deposit and kept 100%. Considering the circumstances, all other vendors associated with my marriage; Shades of Green Hotel (Dept of Defense), Disney, Band etc, in spite of contract restrictions returned 100% of my deposits. I asked Weddings Only DJ to split the deposit, but they refused without any consideration. To my military comrades, this venue does not practice core values and there are plenty of other of DJs with competitive prices and are not just money-hungry vendors.
