I think karate really helps me because strength, balance, and flexibility are so important as I age. There's no way I could do things that a 20-ear-old can -- no flying through the air like Bruce Lee! -- but the philosophy of the dojo is that you start with what you are able to do within your physical abilities and grow from there. I paid to train for quality trainers that are no longer there. Not only that but the people that I used to work with would help me with my son. So I am not just going to get a new trainer as I don't trust them. I think that is fair and I think the right thing to do would be to give me my money back for my remaining hours. I have emailed corporate three separate times and have not gotten a response. I have called the club and they refuse and say corporate would have the same response. They also refuse to provide a corporate phone number and I have been unable to find one. How does a large company like this not have a corporate customer service line? This place is a scam.
