I'm writing my review on repair point of view on my MacBook:…read moreFirst of all: I should point out that the apple is only good for two years which they have guarantee and after that the product would be as good as garbage (I'm an electronics engineer and I'm talking based on experience) Second of all: this self claimed geniuses charged me almost 300 euros for changing screen display (which I insisted that the screen didn't have any issue and they opened it without my permission and claimed that it was defected, they asked me if I want to change it or not and I had a fight with them asking them why you opened the screen, I didn't report an issue with it and they told me that they would open everything when a repair is happening and they told me that I can get my laptop back without any repair if I want otherwise I have to pay, if you're an engineer you know that you have to ask them to repair it otherwise your device would be as good as garbage) now after only 3 months the screen (several line of LEDs are burnt) which they changed is burnt Third of all: apple product in European country especially in Germany is just a rip off, you pay for warranty and you can't use it, the customer service is saying they're with you but they're with you for your money, also their MacBook product doesn't have usb ports or hdmi ports and they ask you to buy a hub and connect to the charger place which the hub draws current and ruin your device. In overall if your mind is set to pay high end product for actually working with it (not for flexing or using it as decoration) I recommend to do yourself a favour and put a little bit more money on top and buy a gaming ASUS laptop. I learned my lesson to be away from Apple products maybe they're good in USA but not here in Europe #Apple

It was much easier having a local speaking German for us so we could pick up our prepaid SIM cards to use throughout Germany. I'm not going to bother rating T-Mobile's network in Germany because I take issue with being charged per-minute for data usage, but the staff at this particular T-Mobile store were particularly kind and helpful.
