During our many years under **Dr. Wong**, including as recently as **April** , our appointment reminders did not include cancellation or missed-appointment penalty language. The reminder highlighted in red reflects what we consistently received during that time, while the other reminders that are highlighted in black shared were sent after the ownership transition. The attachments are just few examples. To be clear, we have never been charged any penalty--my feedback was about the **tone and frequency of the messaging**, not an actual charge. My comments about the atmosphere and interactions were intended to reflect how the experience felt during recent visits. Well I didn't take that, I spoke to the Doctor who ASSURED me that they would file the claim again and he was sorry I was lied to..... well it's been 10 days and crickets.
