HERE IS OUR STORY : We set out to create a website for our new business , it seemed none were able to catch our imagination or our message.  We were introduced to AKG Marketing . They had their work cut out for them as the last party hired had abandoned the project without leads . AKG Marketing had gotten a hold of the previous hire & untangled all of the digital cluster , working backwards to first get back our domain name. They then started from scratch asking us what we had in mind, and core purpose of our website. We were beyond shocked with the progress when we were touching base for the project our second time. To our surprise they managed to bring the project to a level we hadn't even imagined ourselves. They went above and beyond. Here is another small example of how from their countless acquirements : Being busy as we were with our new business , we struggled to capture shots meeting satisfaction and representing our products/ services. Without even our request AKG Marketing had recognized our hurdle , went an extra mile and presented us with our project including licensed photography which we felt did our product/ service  justice when it came to representation online. This was such a generous act on their end because not only did they hit it out of the park with the website but also protected us from a potential legality issue. It protected us from a mistake we would have made had we attempted the task ourselves. From every page, tab, drop down menu , text , link , layout down to the color scheme AKG Marketing had surpassed our imagination let alone capture it or what we expected was possible to achieve. They really think outside of the box! Their designs whether that be general graphics or logos,  are, the main key. Many times, customers will open your website, and immediately exit due to how bland it is. That is not the case here. The product is only half of it and the presentation is the other. The graphics added to the websites created are so appealing for the viewers. The customer is hooked and continues to scroll while scanning products / services you are offering. There are plethora of options. The representatives we collaborated with are able to deliver no matter what the request. For us personally we needed modern with a hint of old-school Indian culture. They were able to create graphics which attracted the youth and well understood for others across the general public. You are free to customize accordingly to your needs. They are able to combine multiple concepts into your graphics may that be your logo or banners. You can just as easily keep it simple. According to your audience you may have a minimal yet modern design.  Regardless of the route you choose minimal or complex for your business venture,  it is guaranteed to be modern and tasteful. The logo and designs created for us were more than just a way to visually recognize our business but also have given our business it's own personality. This personality is reflected on our website, business cards and recognized by our daily customers. The possibilities are infinite and your imagination is your only limit. No matter how you choose to reprent yourself , your business is guaranteed to stand out amongst hundreds with the same goal. We could go on and on regarding their talent in the feild but they also have customer service to match . Their customer service never felt like we were contacting a vendor for hire. They were always extremely professional but it always felt our ideas were heard , understood, exicuted and we were communicating with someone who genuinely cared, while having our best interests in mind. We never once felt pressured, rush to decisions , or persuaded to buy more service add-ons / different packages as we had felt prior to meeting AKG Marketing before when shopping for vendors to compete the task. Every communication felt like a conversation with a friend. A conversation with someone who was just as passionate as us about the project. We were lead to feel free to express what we wanted from the project without feeling embarrassed to ask more questions or insecure for lack if knowledge on the subject. They were extremely patient and explained everything thoroughly. Being in the hospitality business as well we are keen to recognizing outstanding customer service. This is exactly how  we would want our customers to feel with us. I would hire them over and over again.  I would recommend them to anyone / everyone over anyone / everyone in the industry based on our experience.  We thank them for making this such a pleasant experience for us especially after pervious experiences we've had.  They are for sure a return on the investment .
