For starters we ordered Tom Mac Vay-(six fried Shrimp) lightly fried with a sweet/savory chili sauce-very good. Ha Cao (Dim Sum)-filled with shrimp-excellent. For main it was Vit Exotika (Crispy Duck in coconut Curry sauce)-Duck was cooked perfectly and the Coconut Curry was slightly spicy-exquisite! This was the dish that stole the show. It tasted amazing & when talking to the gentleman that served us, he stated their chef is Vietnamese so the food is authentic as you can get. Their pho came with dark brown sweet potato noodles, instead of the usual white rice noodles. I suspect that it may be hard for them to get authentic ingredients, as all of my vegetarian choices featured the same things - mostly just Tofu, even seitan, which doesn't belong to Vietnamese food.
