The tap beer was also served much warmer than expected, which was disappointing for a steakhouse of this caliber. The potato was cooked almost perfectly to my specifications. Overall the meal was very good and I enjoyed the experience. Some added bonuses- they had some great salad dressings and the pina colada is wonderful. Apparently the drink is a specialty of Trace. Also we added some of the white garlic salad dressing onto the potato and it was indeed the bee's knees.
