We are so glad we found them. Even though we didnt get our tiles through them, they took great care and expertly cut them. We ended up needing another tile cut, so we went back last Saturday, not realizing they don't usually offer tile cutting on Saturdays due to being busy, but they still took our tile anyway and let us know they have a few other things ahead so they would call as soon as they could cut it. A few hours later they had it ready and because of the wait they didn't charge us for the cut. We couldn't believe it. Such great service! They have a great selection of gorgeous tiles in their store that I definitely would want to use for future projects!

It has been a few months now and they have since replied with a formal corporate response dusting their hands of our claim. We purchased almost 1000 sqft of their Arrowhead large plank wood look tile for our main floor remodel project. This is why I recommend that you NEVER use Bedrosians: * We paid extra to have our tile delivered and the delivery never showed up. They didn't even have us in the system. We were then told that they couldn't deliver until the following week. That doesn't work when you have an installer on a tight schedule. We had to rent a heavy duty truck and transport almost 5000lbs of tile ourself to have it ready to go the next day. * Our installers pulled out tile and checked for quality and found 4 tiles spread throughout the boxes that were white and totally washed out. (Shown in image) This made us uneasy so we paid close attention to tiles being laid to avoid placing an oddball tile. Unfortunately, that didn't save us from the next issue! * LARGEST ISSUE, after all tile was laid, grouted and cleaned, we removed the plastic from our windows and found that a large portion of the tile was semigloss sheen when the order was matte!!! They only make one sheen of this product and it clearly shows matte on our order sheet. This is a major quality issue and is impossible to overlook. Mixing sheens is very distracting and tacky. The only way to fix the issue would be to rip out all tile and start over. This was impossible to detect earlier because of the plastic on the windows to protect the shutters. Their manager Michelle did what she could to help us, even coming out to our home to check things out, but ultimately the company decided to screw us over. Their corporate customer service does not respond to emails. Michelle has been instructed not to help us any further as well. They refuse to take any responsibility for their quality mistake and are deciding to ignore us because the cost to actually fix the problem is too high (since we added radiant heating under the tile). Before you choose where to buy your tile from, know that things will definitely go wrong at some point with Bedrosians, there were too many issues along the way. Know that if things really go bad with your order, they lack the integrity to fix their wrongs and make it right. They will ignore you and hide from their problems. Tile is forever, these blemishes won't go away, and you will have to look at the quality issues until you decide to rip it out some day and buy from someone else.

I read the reviews of poor customer service prior to going in but decided ti go in after my contractor said the tile I wanted was in stock. I walked up to the desk with my tile sample to order and the young woman, Aurora, rolled her eyes at me and acted like helping me was ruining her whole day. Her tone in speaking to when answering my questions was very rude. I don't know anything about tile, so it's normal to have questions and ask for information and she could not be bothered ti answer them in a helpful way. Another woman started helping me and when I finished my purchase I expressed my frustration and disappointment in the customer service especially from Aurora. The woman apologized and said they were short staffed (there was only me and one other person being helped and 3 sales people) and the girl was new. I told her I had seen the reviews of their poor service and told her that I'd be writing a similar review based on my experience. They have multiple bad reviews on their customer service, and it doesn't seem to be something they care enough to do anything about. Do NOT recommend.

We were a little overwhelmed at first by the massive selection of products on display, but with the help of their designer we quickly honed in on some products we loved. Contempo has an amazing selection of tile products, in all price categories, and I love how bright and open their showroom is. My wife and I weren't sure we'd be able to find tile we both agreed on, but we came away with some samples we really loved. When took those samples home to compare them and let our contractor know our final selections. We ended up ordering all of the tile for our bathroom remodel from Contempo and have LOVED the appearance and quality of everything we purchased from them. The only disappointed we experienced is that the octagon tile we'd selected for the floor of our master bathroom shower wasn't available. When we were at Contempo, they said the product was in stock, but when our contractor went to order it, it was actually 2 months away. It was on the way from Italy or something. We ended up comprising on diamonds instead, but I wish we'd be able to use that octagon tile.

They had SO many options that are unique! As we were roaming, we had someone else come up to us to help out. We can't remember her name (sorry!) but she was SO helpful!! She gave us really insightful and helpful advice for choosing a backsplash that matches our cabinets. She told us that with a quartz countertop, we should choose a backsplash color that will compliment the veining of it. Typically people will think a white backsplash will do so, but she showed us that it turns the quartz a bit yellow! She really knew her stuff!! She showed us several options of different tiles and it felt like we were at a design center designing our place. She also gave us a contact info of an installer that she recommended. Would definitely recommend her and this place!!

It doesn't matter if it's super hot outside, raining, snowing anything he is always fast and has a great attitude. If for some reason he can't get to us right away he always lets us know. There is a different forklift driver who sometimes unloads us. That one isn't the best. He disappears out of no where while he is unloading, he makes up excuses why he cant unload us. but usually the other guy will come out and get the job done for us.
