I've been seeing Melanie for my v-shape on my face, neck, and stomach area and saw improvements after 1 treatment. Each area takes about 20 minutes and there's no pain or discomfort, just warmth which reminds me of hot stones. I also did one treatment of the underarm hair removal and am so surprised that it's growing slower already, which means I'm shaving less! Denai slapped the money rudely on table, no apology. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. She is a total BXTCH Clearlift - Denai decided to do Clearlift concurrently with the blood drawing. Started the session without cleaning my face and called it done in just 15 min (usually 45min), again claiming that its my fault because the blood drawing ran over time. Denai claimed that she will keep all the machine and perform services at home for her regulars. Ladies, pls think twice prior going back to her!!!

I felt as if I needed to try a different/better machine for my more visible tattoos and reached out for a consultation/first session. The tattoo in question is a 3 year old tattoo on my forearm. No one told me or call me before about the subscription and that has to be process before the appointment... or otherwise I was going to pay regular price. $180 x 3 total of =$540 plus the subscription so my price was going to drop to $125 per all 3 areas... what a scam!!!
