Absolutely Amazing Experience with Svetlana at Juvena Skin Care!…read moreI had a facial cleaning with an extra massage in between the mask, microdermadrasion treatment, and it was absolutely amazing. Svetlana took such great care of me--every step was relaxing, professional, and thoughtful. The massage was the perfect touch and made the whole experience feel even more luxurious. My skin is glowing, feels refreshed, and I honestly look younger. I feel so much better--both inside and out. This was truly the best "me time" I've had in a while. I'm so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Svetlana, for such a wonderful experience at Juvena Skin Care!

I also had one suspicious spot frozen last year on my chest. Dr Aspacio failed to check my chest and many other spots on my body. He told me my skin was dry and did not provide any recommendations on how to improve it and didn't ask me any follow up questions to try to help me like many other caring doctors would. I also had a few pimples on my chin which I told him since I moved to Vegas I've been having little pimples on my chin, something I've never had before. He did not take a closer look at my chin he just told he didn't see anything and when they appear to go see him again. My experience was that Dr. Aspacio is not a doctor that cares for his patients and I would never go back to see him again. Honestly, I felt ripped off and cheated.

It was hard to reach her at first as a new client but once I was able to make contact, we were in constant communication. Even before meeting her, she already sent me some skincare tips regarding facial yoga. Summer truly embodies her name; she is a bright soul who's passionate about her work. I remember my first session when she introduced herself and told me that from now on, I'm going to be like a daughter to her and she kept her word. She spent a lot of time explaining everything she does and the reasons behind her method, tailoring the treatment to suit my skin type and needs. She has a bubbly personality so it's always a fun time when I see her :) As a new client, you will have to make a $50 deposit to secure your appointment and she takes pictures/videos of your skin to use for comparison after each treatment. My first treatment with her was the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme. In truth, I was hesitant on booking the service because of the hefty price tag but she had a free upgrade promotion from the Poor Man Acne Extreme ($300) to the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme ($500) so I decided to go for it. I never had microdermabrasion or microneedling done before so I was nervous about the pain. However, the microdemabrasion didn't hurt at all while the microneedling pain was very tolerable. Note - you do have to pay extra for the needle which I think it was ~$75. Typically when you get a service done, after care is on you to handle. Well Summer goes above and beyond and provided me a post-treatment kit (beauty water, 2.5 pH water, some other samples) with a detailed step-by-step instruction (text & on paper). Yes, you do have to purchase some of the other after care items on your own but they're not expensive. She also provides recommendations and sent me pictures of the products she used that I enjoyed so I can look them up in my spare time. My second treatment was the Two Day Medium/Deep TCA Chemical Peel ($300) which occurred after my honeymoon. I peeled a lot like Summer said I would around my entire face for about 1-1.5 weeks. I noticed a huge difference after this peel. My skin was soft and less textured. All my skincare products applied beautifully on my face like it was a brand new canvas. You receive a complimentary facial if you share progress photos with Summer too! I got another chemical peel ~ a month later but felt like I didn't peel as much and the results weren't as drastic as the first peel. I also got a 25 mins red light LED therapy to help with the redness because my skin was sensitive and often turned red at every treatment. I got my free JLO Experience facial within a week after my 2nd chemical peel which was very nice. The Jessner peel she used helped reduced my inflammation tremendously. That was my last official treatment but Summer provided me her upkeep recommendations. All in all, my time with Summer spanned over 3 months and it was 100% worth it. She did recommend I see a dermatologist to treat my acne issue. If I did that concurrently while seeing Summer, I know my results would have been much more amazing but with my acne aside, I can't recommend Summer enough!

After my spouse left an honest review about the service, I was shocked to receive an email from someone representing Summer & offering me money to take it down. This not only felt unprofessional but also raised serious concerns about the authenticity of their reviews. After leaving a honest review, I was then contacted by a representative offering money in exchange for taking down my feedback. This approach struck me as unethical and manipulative. I believe that reviews should be a space for genuine, unbiased opinions, and I was taken aback by this attempt to influence my perspective. While I can't speak to the quality of the services provided (as my review was based on my experience), I think potential clients should be aware of the way this business handles feedback. I would advise others to be cautious when considering their services It seems likely that the overwhelmingly positive reviews are a result of paying for negative ones to disappear, rather than genuine customer satisfaction. This is misleading to potential clients and undermines the trust people place in online feedback. As can be seen in other replies, Summer then tries to take things out of context with screenshots. Accusing me of falsifying information. You can see the whole email chain below. SUMMER IS FAKE NEWS! If you're considering this aesthetician, be aware that the polished image they present might not reflect the true experience. Businesses should prioritize improving their services over silencing honest feedback'sq

First, false claims: I had bought a special from them that included "emsculpt", other body treatments, along with 3 months of semaglutide and B12 shots. During consult I asked if their EMS stimulation machine was actually from the brand EmSculpt or EmSculpt Neo in which she stated it was not but stated something along the lines of, "It is not the same machine but it does the same thing." failing to mention the part that the intensity of the machine is only a faction of Emsculpt and thus results are not the same. Misleading information. Second, lack of communication: Initially when you inquire about their services, communication was great! They would get back to you within minutes to an hour or two at most. AFTER you have paid and start services is a COMPLETELY different story. When you try to call the number to the business no one ever answers. You always have to leave a voicemail in which no one ever calls back. Within my combined attempts to get refills (1st & 2nd refills) I have called this place at least a handful of times and never do I get a call back. When I've tried messaging them on IG, and texting the number provided, it takes them over a WEEK to get back to you IF they even do at all. The last time I have tried to reach out for a refill was Nov. 22. It has now been a week and still no communication. Needless to say, I will not be returning after I finish my pre-paid services.

I would literally go to her just for a massage any day! -she also massaged my arms, and my head which felt amazing!!! -she put the scrub, then pumpkin peel for my back after a bit of extractions, then gave me a REALLY LONG feet and leg massage that felt like an hour as well! -she did my back stuff to treat it etc etc etc and told me she was finished... I thought I was there for 2 hours literally! Compared to many spa places I've been to, this was the MOST relaxing. It was amazing. she was so kind. The place was so nice and clean. We had lots of conversations because she was just so open and friendly! What I loved most about her was that she gives all her clients full treatment even if we get it from Groupon! My skin is acne-prone and it's taken a period of time to figure out how best to build a routine that works for my skin, but with Jane's help my skin is in a healthy maintenance phase! I started off with a acne/skin consultation with Jane and this facial consisted of a cleanse, exfoliation, facial steam, extractions, light therapy, and other services based on your skin's needs. I had a lot of acne/congestion in my skin so it definitely was a little raw after my first facial, but as I've been a regular, my skin has adapted to and heals much better after the service. Jane's extraction technique is amazing and she spends the time looking at every single pore on your face and extracting which reduces the amount of acne breakouts that I get in between sessions. Jane also gives really helpful advice on what your skin concerns are and provides recommendations (products/lifestyle changes) that can help target those skin conditions. The best advice I could give as someone who has spent time and energy trying to build a routine is to go at it slow (don't change your routine too often and give your skin the time it needs to adjust) and maintain your expectations especially if you have combination skin like me. But with Jane's help, you can definitely give your skin the love and care it deserves!
