I never stated anything about whether your facility was is compliance with state licensing regulations, which are the bare minimum requirments for all licensed child care facilities and nothing to be bragging about. You say things like that your policies are "clearly communicated," with no such explanation of what you mean, when I provided factual details and pages of "critical context." You have now accussed me of "repeated concerns regarding hostile communication and ongoing disruptive interactions with staff." For the prospective families reading this, I implore you, Ms. Peggy, to define what your definitions of "hostile communication" and "ongoing disruptive interactions" and "combative" are. I also give you permission to state what dates and claims about me you are even referring to, but make sure to to include "critical context" without being "inaccurate" or "misleading" when doing so. Parents need to be aware that you were never around during the incidents I described, so you have no basis for knowing whether anything I described was inaccurate. I asked a lot of questions that your staff didn't like and 1st I was called "rude" for it and now that I documented my experiences, you are trying to label me "hostile." Shame on you. This is basic mean girl bullying and the wrong way to respond to a review because it is not 5 stars.

My husband and I are so glad we chose Stoney Point Montessori. Infant classroom teachers, Ms. Swarna and Ms. Lupita, are truly wonderful. Ms. Swarna is incredibly loving and has been so helpful when it comes to feeding tips and guidance as my son grows. Ms. Lupita feels like family to us. My son clearly has so much love for both of them, and it means the world to see how cared for he is every day. The staff at the school are always polite and welcoming, which creates such a warm environment for both parents and children. I also love when my son comes home with the creative arts and crafts they do in class--those little projects are so special when there's two working parent's. Most importantly, my son is thriving here, and that gives me so much peace of mind. Thank you so much to Ms. Swarna and Ms. Lupita for the love and care you show my son every day and for making this journey as a new mom so much easier.

I knew how loved he was when he would gesture to go back in their arms. I can't say enough good things, mostly, I'm so happy my son has a safe and happy place away from home. They have a happy playful environment where kids can learn to be helpful, kind and smart in a very emotional way. I've met the other kids and they are so sweet with my son. They have nicknames for him and tell me stories. That's a testament to the environment they are raised in. Our kids at here for long parts of the day. To know that when you pick them up they are happy and content makes all the difference. Robin was quick to respond when we reached out and made sure to contact us right away when she had a spot available. Our decision was easy. Thank you so much Robin and her team of wonderful caregivers.

That's exactly what you get at the Nest. It feels like dropping your kids off to be taken care of by family, it's small, and cozy, and so much fun! The kids have an awesome flow and structure to their day and they get to do so many fun things. From daily art and science projects, sensory bins, singing and dancing, amazing activities like visits from baby farm animals, puppies, water play, and fun holiday parties. My first child was a pandemic baby, she was severely shy and afraid to be away from us, within a couple of months at the nest, her true personality blossomed, she is now in TK and was chosen to be the speaker at her holiday performance, and can already read. I completely attribute these achievements to her time at the nest, where her true potential was developed. My second baby runs in every morning with joy, he has been there since he was 3 months old and has loved every minute of it. He loves his friends there and he loves his teachers, he's always so excited to tell me about what project he is working on. And we wouldn't have chosen to have a 3rd baby if we didn't have this amazing resource, the Nest is truly "our village", and we can't wait for our newborn to start going this summer! I wish Robin would start an elementary school so we could just stay with them for another decade. Love you ladies!

Our son just graduated Tiny Thinkers Preschool and is off to TK at a different school and just…read moreafter being at the other school for a week - which is also a paid tuition program - I felt the need to come back here and leave a honest review considering how superior the other school's experience has been just with a slightly higher tuition. Our son was at Tiny Thinkers for over 2 years or so - There are definitely things Tiny Thinkers does well, which is why we kept him at the school -- our son did progress in life skills, for example like potty training, He did learn, the kids seem happy overall, and the campus itself has potential to be fantastic. There's a lot of heart here, and when things are done right, the children benefit from it. That being said, there are areas that really need attention to match the tuition and expectations. Communication and accountability with the teaching staff could be stronger, particularly when it comes to child care knowledge and day-to-day standards. We've had to remind them multiple times about basics like keeping the kids clean and presentable, which has led to several "coaching moments. Cleanliness is another point that could use consistency -- not just the facility, but the children's appearance at pick-up. The school would benefit from investing in more training for teachers -- not just in child development, but in creating an overall experience that parents love, not just tolerate. When teachers are well-trained in both child care and parent communication, it builds confidence so families can feel secure and supported without the need for constant follow-up. Parking can also be frustrating. Without a reasonable grace period for pick-up, parents can feel penalized for situations that are sometimes beyond their control. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because there's definitely room to grow. The foundation is here -- the school just needs to buckle down on these operational details to truly deliver the level of care and professionalism families expect. I realize I'll probably get a diplomatic response to this review from the school director, but this isn't about diplomacy -- it's about truly hearing the feedback and using it to make changes. Just because something has always been done a certain way doesn't mean it's the best way. The goal should be to evolve and improve, not to explain away why things are the way they are.

I was distraught leaving them and trying something new in Chatsworth... Miss Victoria welcomed our family with such kindness and candor. She was very clear and open about her philosophies which I appreciated. She is a big believer of meeting children where they are and supporting their own growth path. She encouraged us not to get hung up on milestones or outside in "rules" on development. In her care, our 4yr old and 3yr old FLOURISHED. Our 4yr old had been struggling a bit socially and learning her letters. Within 2 months at Mother Goose, her confidence had sky-rocketed. She was writing her name beautifully and also reading letters on signs unprompted. Best of all, she was excited to see friends from school at the park, running up and collaboratively engaging in new games. Our 3yr old is more of a born student. For her, we worry about not enough challenge. But a couple months in to Mother Goose and it was clear that they were keeping up with her needs. She learned all about continents and famous artists from each continent. She knew the information so well that she was applying it to new situations. For instance, her sister would talk about her ear hurting and out of nowhere my daughter would say, "You know, Van Gogh had a hurt ear." It really was remarkable to see how they grew academically, socially, and emotionally. I had so much ease leaving them at Mother Goose each day knowing they would be genuinely cared for. It may not be the fanciest looking school, but Miss Victoria and her team have hearts of gold. Of the four private preschools our family has had the privilege to be a part of, I would choose Mother Goose. Sadly, we now had to leave the state, so I won't be there to welcome new families who choose this special place.

From what I understand via other business owners, having reviews deleted is a difficult process. So imagine the effort the Director had to make to have it removed. Almost a month later, now there's a response. Please note the tone of the response is very misleading. Please do yourself a favor and read the other negative reviews because my experience is not an isolated event. Beware! ORIGINAL POST: As a mental health professional, I feel compelled to share my experiences to inform and caution both current and prospective parents. Ms. Victoria, the Director, targeted our 5-year-old son's behavior, to the point that we felt it necessary to have him assessed for ADHD. Overtime, it became increasingly clear he was being discriminated against. Ms. Victoria told me our son said he didn't want to participate in Pre-K graduation. I told her we'd respect that. But soon after, our son began expressing, consistently and unprompted, that he wanted to be part of it. When I asked if he could still join, she responded with a list of behavioral conditions he would have to meet before she would "consider" including him. Ms. Victoria also completed the teacher portion of his ADHD assessment, so she was fully aware of the behaviors being evaluated. It felt like she was now weaponizing those behaviors to exclude him. When I later messaged her via the school's platform to ask about the graduation date, she never responded. This was the moment I realized she was the one who did not want him to participate. That week, we made the decision to withdraw our son from the school. We requested a refund for the prepaid month, but Ms. Victoria denied it, based on the 30 day notice requirement and claiming she never received the message as she had been out all week for a family emergency. We later confirmed she had been at the other school location. Furthermore, as Director and owner, maintaining communication and accountability is her responsibility. Her actions throughout this experience reflected a pattern of defensiveness, manipulation (gaslighting, dishonesty, and false narratives), and a refusal to take responsibility. While many families may never encounter this side of the school, if you do, trust your instincts and advocate for your child. I deeply regret not withdrawing our son sooner. No child should be made to feel like a problem.

My oldest daughter will be leaving TLC next month to attend elementary school and I will have one last child transitioning to Ms. Mitra's older group (4+). I could spend days writing about each lady and how amazing they have been with my daughters at every stage of their growth from infant (Ms. Swarna and Ms. Maryam) to toddler (Ms. Nina, Ms. Crystal, and Ms. Elizabeth). All of the ladies including others I have not mentioned have made my daughters feel loved and heard as opinionated toddlers now. Specifically though I want to highlight Ms. Mitra, my daughter Sofía has been with her for this past year and has grown immensely academically and socially. She is the much needed structure that older little kids need. Ms. Mitra has done an AMAZING job preparing my daughter for school. She has learned everything that she needs and more to excel in kindergarten. As a teacher myself I understand the work and countless hours that one spends at home preparing for her students. I know that Ms. Mitra puts in 120% into everything she does and teaches our children. I am beyond grateful for everyone at this school and can't imagine not having all of these great ladies supporting my children but they will have to grow and move on. For those considering this school, you cannot find anything better and most importantly piece of mind that your kids are well.
