Australia, since the companies in America and so on establish their companies also in Australia and sell their products within Australia direct from their shops. Some of the products that I could buy are from China and their neighbouring countries, Korea and Japan etc.. because of this, I like to purchase my products here at a reasonable deal. I explained what I needed and he handled everything so smoothly. Made it really easy for me. After 24 hours of flying, his care and consideration were so welcome. I waited until 2:00 pm with no visit or contact from the company. When I emailed by agent to see what had happened the staff informed my agent that they had attended and that they were unable to repair the mailbox. I informed my agent that this was untrue as I had taken a day off work and waited patiently for the tradesmen to attend. The manager then got into a debate with me taking the side of his untruthful employee over myself, who had waited for hours for his company. The owner did not apologise and used the excuse that the tradesmen called me at 8:00 am; an hour prior to the time allocated by the company in which I was to be available. I am a strata manager and utilise locksmith services on a regular basis and never have I encountered such a rude team of staff or an incompetent manager. I would recommend that you utilise an alternate locksmith in order not to waste your time and money, and furthermore to save yourself the headache of arguing with the ignorant manager.
