Received a voicemail simply saying the appointment has been cancelled because the therapist will no longer be in that Mon, Tue but will be in Wed. No consideration given to provide potential alternate times. This is Incredibly inconsiderate and frustrating. I've been a regular client, but will no longer be a patron here, and will refrain from referring family/friends.
