We don't know pricing structure dynamics when it comes to drywells but David gave us a heads up what to look for - he gave us counsel as if we weren't going with him. His workers had some serious work ethic. He valued his reputation in the community hence the outstanding work performed. During the first rainstorm he came by several times to check for flooding.
