They don't allow reservations, but since they did not have any classes scheduled the weekend I inquired about, they assured they would have adequate supplies and they did! When we arrived to rent the equipment, the employees greeted us right away. They patiently answered our questions and helped us select the right items since it was our first time renting. They clearly explained the cost and tried to save us money rather than talking us into spending more. In addition to rental equipment they sell scuba gear, hold classes, and host events and trips. They have a heated pool on-site and offer private and semi-private classes. Their training agency is SSI (Scuba Schools International). Overall, we had a great experience here and would rent from here again!

I was never able to get open water certification because of the pressure on my ears but Mike Welch was incredibly patient and others in the shop had numerous suggestions for me to try. Ultimately I gave up after numerous attempts and got a full refund of the entire tuition even though I had completed the lessons, used their equipment to try and get the outdoor signoff completed, and taken a lot of their time. I would highly recommend the shop if you are wanting to try getting certified and you don't have to worry about losing the large sum of money if you don't make it. I feel like I'm also very comfortable with all of the skills needed but am just held back by my ears! thank you Mike and Gypsy.

Will not use this Travel Service ever again Thanks to one of the travel agents Margie Schwartz…read more This was my first time dealing with an agent to help plan a Las Vegas Birthday getaway, and I was connect with Ms. Schwartz and it was a nightmare due to her lack of communication about things the client needed to know about the resort that was chosen as well as her discussing who paid what and who has not paid anything with other people that are going on this trip which was completely out of line. When we called the hotel/resort on the strip to get any last minute information needed that is when we found out about the amount of the incidental charge for each day! Spoke to Ms. Schwartz about this and she gives wrong information, and informs one of the people going on the trip that she would call back and she never called back. I asked why she did not return to the person that was inquiring about the charges she simply said because to me "I just thought you would relay the answer." WHAT!!! No apology what so ever about the issues that have been endured during this process and the lack of empathy - not good for customer service-

Such a fun place to take kids or if you wanna be a big kid yourself! I like how they have teenagers…read more(maybe some college kids) working there. They're all so friendly and welcoming! Gives them an opportunity to earn some money during the season. We got the aquabana as they call it, for half a day (4 hours) and it was worth it ! We didn't swim but the kids did and they had a blast! You're able to bring a cooler with food and drinks ( juice, tea, soda, water. No alcohol) they have a food truck on site, as well as a "dirty soda" stand. Flavored sodas with cream (very popular in Utah but slowly making their way to the east coast) as well as a first aid bungalow. Everyone gets a life vest but kids under 18 MUST wear theirs at all times! I like that rule! Keeps the kids safe. Of course the teens working there are certified lifeguards just in case! They also offer scuba classes/lessons at the quarry. Would I come back? YES! Maybe one day I would try the courses and swim or paddle board but the go around it was nice relaxing and letting the kids live carefree in the lake!

The inflatables are so much fun and you get tired out after about an hour. They had a food truck that had some great options as well we enjoyed. I would say this is a great spot for all ages.
