We spent hours cleaning paint off counter tops, cabinets, and floor tile. They also got paint down on walls. I went to Sinclair with pictures. Manager was out and staff said he would call me. I never received a call so we were left cleaning the mess and I will have to Paint the walls where they let the rollers hit the walls.

However, we were still having issues that indicated otherwise. While I fought with my home warranty, our AC completely gave out and would not turn back on. I called Artic Air at 8 am on Monday 7/17/2023, and a tech was at our house at 3pm that same day and our AC was working and running beautifully (despite being 20 years old) by 5pm. This tech was very nice, worked efficiently, and fixed our AC when our house thermostat said 87 degrees inside. The tech diagnosed the issue as shortages in the wiring. He fixed those, installed my new thermostat, and went ahead and cleaned the unit for a reasonable price. I really wish I could remember his name but I 100% recommend this company!

I called because the washing machine draining caused a backup in a tub and toilet. Fernando came out, ran a snake, told my wife the septic was backed up, called a friend, told my wife the septic was fine (just keep adding Rid-x), ran the snake from the roof vents, replaced the flange on the toilet and reset it, and left a $589 ticket that says, "Everything is Good". Not even two full days later, the same drains were backing up when the washing machine tried to drain. Fernando didn't even make it to the house before calling to say he told my wife it was a septic problem. Yeah buddy, but you also said it wasn't a septic problem and put in writing that, "Everything is Good", so how am I supposed to know what is really going on? Fernando then told my mother-in-law that he needed to talk to me, but didn't call me directly. He left a ticket with a charge of $180, but said he wasn't going to collect - The office confirmed this was a callback situation when I talked to them, so him writing a ticket was highly unprofessional. Everything about my interaction with Fernando was less than professional, which is really disappointing because I have great experiences when Duncan send out HVAC technicians.
