The amount of dirt I cleaned up after this service supposedly cleaned is unacceptable. The place…read morewas empty and supposed to be move out ready.. the tub wasn't cleaned, the toilet was filthy, the sinks none of them cleaned... none of the cabinets or any of the surfaces. I really just had my boyfriend hire this service for no reason. Not to mention I left the apartment fully vacuumed and ready to be completed by this service. I would never recommend this service to anyone, I could have saved my money and time because regardless I still had to clean & mop the entire place again myself. It's a shame that people take advantage of your time like this.. if there was furniture & it had been hard to cleaned I would have understood a bit more but there's truly no reason for an empty apartment with not a single thing inside. The pictures are evidence of the amount of dirt I picked up & cleaned off of the "clean floor". If I could give this service a zero I would, extremely disappointed.

I work from home, so I was a bit nervous that it would cause an inconvenience for me. However, Consuelo was very respectful of my space. In regards to the service, the cleaning was spectacular! I pride myself in being a clean and organized person but Consuelo put my cleaning to shame. She cleaned areas I never would've thought of cleaning and she did an amazing job at it. Every appliance was left shinning. Every wall and door was wiped. Every surface was left without a fingerprint or dust. My floor, carpet, fan, curtains, everything was cleaned, disinfected, and polished. She even cleaned the stubborn wax off my candlesticks. Amazing! Definitely will be booking again!

Cleaning up after someone else is a tough job, but you couldn't tell from the experience we had…read morewith Deep Clean Houston. I was in a pinch and needed a thorough home cleaning last minute (like less than 24 hours). I went through Yelp to request estimates from multiple businesses. The majority of them weren't available on Sundays or just too pricey. I had lost hope, until I received a call from AJ with Deep Clean Houston. AJ is the owner of the establishment. From the moment he called me, he was extremely professional, courteous, polite and empathetic. He could sense my urgency to have someone clean our home quickly and he accommodated our request even though the hours I needed him were technically not working hours for his business. AJ arrived at our home punctually, had a great personality and maintained the professionalism I got over the phone. He did a walkthrough of my home with me and asked for preferences on how we wanted things cleaned, organized, etc. I was worried for him because he was about to tackle a 3300 square foot home alone, but he wasn't intimidated by it at all. After his assessment, we tried to stay out of his way to let him do his thing. The cleaning was thorough, precise and detailed even though this was only a standard cleaning. It did take him about 6 hours to finish but I knew he was trying to make a good first impression and he also was by himself. My house literally had a makeover and it was very impressive. He brought all of his own supplies and didn't need any help once he got started. If you are looking for a family owned business that prides itself on professionalism, quality work, and affordable service, look no further than Deep Clean Houston. We will definitely hire this company again! Thanks, AJ!

I chose this company because they had a checklist of work they perform, however, I think that was only for me to know what they intend to do. The workers had no idea about it because I did ask Graciela for it to check off what was done so she could see what was left to do. There was so much left incomplete. I'm a janitor's daughter. His supervisors had check lists & the employees had to make sure all was done before they left for the night. The amount I paid for a 1/1 move out clean should have left it perfect. The attitude & quality was seriously shameful. 1 star for communication with Maricela & 1 star for promptness.
