This is actually Britain's only independant savings bankI know that's probably useless information to most but there it is! They offer the following services to personal customers:- Depositor Accounts (which I used myself) Current Accounts with Cheque Books, Direct Debits, Standing Orders, etc (which i also used and had to get in order to get paid by BACS) Visa Debit Card / Visa Electron Card Overdrafts and Personal Loans Money Transmission services such as CHAPS and BACS LINK ATM Cards Secure cash handling Bridging Loans Telephone Balance Enquiry Service No-one likes banks but i like the smiley staff and they gave me good advice about withdrawing my money from a deposit account quickly and I didnt know what an ISA was until i spoke to them. That saved me money (or rather made money as its basically tax free). For the two years I banked here I found the staff to be really nice.
