I met Nicole (the person I spoke with on the phone) in person and she continued to be extremely helpful - and nice! The job took a couple days and I am more than happy with the final outcome. However, my worries were for naught. The new owner, Raj, has done a great job providing the customary services the UPS Store is known for. His staff is excellent. They are both efficient and helpful. They also anticipate needs when you come into the store and often times have package or mail waiting for us. Compared to other UPS stores I have frequented, especially in Los Angeles, CA, this place is night and day above the rest.
