Don't use this service. We pre-arranged service to the airport at a certain price. Pickup was fine…read more Then we prearranged 2 weeks later the same service to take me home to Georgetown at the same price. Driver arrived to pick me up from terminal 3 to Georgetown Sunday August 12, 2018, two weeks after I used the same service at a set price. When the driver dropped me at home, he told me the price would be 90$, which was 18$ more than I originally paid for the same ride 2 weeks prior. When I questioned the price he told me it was an 'airport fee' and he only charged it when you come home! Said it wasn't his fee, and that it was a dispatch request. Ridiculous! Who does he think he is! He was trying to rip me off because I'm a single female travelling alone! Immediately called my husband Peter Phillips who was the one who pre-arranged the pickup with the company to verify the price he had been given, as I had never paid that much to or from the airport before. My husband said no, that was not the agreed upon rate. Driver argued and argued and spouted one ridiculous word after another!! I'm going to report this as well to the GTAA as this service is supposed to be an 'approved' airport service! Harassement at its finest! Who needs this baloney after an end to a long day of travelling. VERY SHADY!!!
