Jason Tse was my tech and he explained their down payment and charges. I was given 3 quotes each for the difficulty of the repair. I knew it was going to be expensive. I signed to continue the work. Who else could I get at 5pm on New Year's Eve? Jason went to work trying to locate the source. He checked the breaker box, voltage and nothing was pinpointing the cause. Jason really wanted to find and fix the problem before the night was out. And back to work Jason went. He isolated the problem around 8pm after checking the lines in the attic and each room. I told him I'd like to finish up by 9 and continue after New Year's Day. Jason wanted to work until everything was fixed. He finished around 10:30 and during that time we had some lively conversations. Jason I would give 5 stars. I thought the pricing was a bit high but considering the day and the time I guess it was appropriate. The only reason they couldn't fix it on the first visit was because I have an older heating system. Parts aren't readily available. They even offered to bring me space heaters until the parts came in. I called another company but they threw parts at it and couldn't figure it out. I should have called Calibrating Air first. I had a company have to replace my old A/C because a siding company damaged it and because its old (25years) they couldn't find repair parts. So, they replaced my A/C. He confirmed the hot water heater needed to be replaced and the new installation would be brought up to code. Kyle made several calls and was able to schedule Travis to come up Saturday for the install which was great since ALL the water to the house had to be shut OFF! Saturday morning Travis called to let me know he was on his way. Within a couple of hours the old hot water heater was pulled out (and he took it with him for disposal ) and a new Rheem hot water heater rated for my altitude was installed.
