One of the shittiest arline company. The air hostesses need to learn some respect. Once my mum and I were taking the flight from Hong Kong to Paris. I had a lot of bags on my hands and the corridor was so thin I had difficulties to walk straight ahead up to my seat. Not only the bunch of air hostess absolutely didn't help me but they started to bully me. I understand french and as these stupid ladies thought I couldn't understand anything about what they were saying, they didn't hesitate to insult me and made fun of my haircut, they were like: " what an ugly haircut she's got, she looks like a playmobil toy with that haircut" and these bitches were keeping laughing and laughing staring at me at the same time..a horrible experience ! And it's not over, during the flight, one stewardess dare ask another customer to translate in english for her what another passenger was telling her. I took three times this airline company and for each times they lost one of our luggage. And I heard the AirFrance staff was on strike twice. Shame on you !
