I got there about 2:00pm, the next day wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged, tell them the wheel I need. They have three, they say and I ask about one with a tire, the guy I'm talking with says with a little laugh "oh we can't get that today, oh wait I'll check with the yard. A couple minutes later he says "the yard says maybe Tuesday". I drove over an hour, talked to someone yesterday and now you can't help me. They were the closest place to me, and I promise that I was never treated more poorly in my life. I was led to believe the part was already pulled and ready to be picked up, which was not the case. If they were so busy they couldn't provide the part they certainly could have let me know how they operate and made arrangements with me for the parts.
