I called and was given a price of $89 service call, however when Kevin, the service guy, came he told me a different price. He changed a fill valve on the toilet and wasn't there more than 15 minutes and I was charged $249. I was told it was $89 service call, so expected $89 plus the part which is $10. Even if they doubled the part cost I could see paying $120 for the call, but $249 that is absolutely ridiculous! Please do not use this company. They contacted me because I left a Google review and said if I would remove my review they would credit me $151. Just do the right thing and then you will get good reviews! Terrible customer service! Also a lady reached out to me after the review was left and left me message I returned her call the same day and still have never heard back! I was quoted $26,000 to move a drain in a wall that was in the garage from here. Torch came out and did it for 2k. I wish price gauging was illegal. Also need to note that when they came onsite I pointed out a pipe that needed to be longer to prevent further leaking. This was under a dual sink. He replaced the pipe for $350.00 it took him about 20 minutes to replace. I go to home depot a lot and I know the cost of a piece of pipe is no where near that plus his labor --I'm not sure how he came to that calculation however I paid it anyway. Then torch came after and I pointed out how air comfort changed one side but noticed it was also leaking on the other side and they changed it out for free (of course after we signed up for torch to do the work for 2k verses air comfort at 26k. Well, it did absolutely NOTHING (that's "IF" they even did anything) and it's still SOO HOT upstairs with zero airflow. I don't like being lied to. I called ACS on Friday before the temperatures dropped and Tulsa was covered with 7 inches of snow. "Caleb" was sent to help me determine why my furnace wouldn't turn on. He diagnosed the inducer motor wasn't functioning and was preventing the rest of the furnace from operating. He told me there were no aftermarket parts available and I needed a $16,000 unit. He did not offer any suggestions (that the unit could be repaired) and told me to prepare for a huge expense. That is not true. After paying the $89 diagnostic fee (which I gladly paid and tipping him $20 because it was apparent he had a tough day in freezing temperatures) I found a TON of aftermarket inducer motors online, at Amazon, and at several HVAC parts suppliers. I also simply repaired my inducer motor by lubricating the shaft and bearings. The furnace immediately kicked on and has been working flawlessly. I also ordered a new motor that I will install as soon as it arrives. I'm upset that Caleb lied to me about aftermarket parts and tried his best to sell me a $16,000 system. I guarantee you that when it does come time to replace my system, I will NOT be calling Air Comfort Solutions. We had a sewer line blockage, and my usual plumbers couldn't come for a week. so, I called ACS. They had a special going: $99 for a roto-rooting job. I soon realized the REAL reason for their, $99 rooting job was to convince people that they *must replace their entire sewer line*. Something that runs $6-9K. I didn't want to pay that, so I had them install a simple clean-out instead. This still cost $2875. They left our yard a wreck, and after all this the sewer line was STILL blocked. I called ACS back to finish what they started, which they did do, but on leaving one of the plumbers told me I really needed to replace the line because, "It'll be blocked again in a few weeks." How would he know that? Did they leave space between the old and new lines - for dirt and roots to infiltrate? I've started fixing the lawn damage they caused, but it's going to take half a day's work. It was bad. I should have waited a week for my usual plumbers. I won't be calling ACS again. the sapulpa office replaced my air conditioner. system never cooled down my house. my hvac friend came over and found the the system under charged. my garage ceiling fell in. the condensate sensor was not connected and there was no water sensor condensate pan. when I look through the hole in the ceiling the condenser unit was not even attached to the fan unit. when winter came I was freezing because when checked the thermostat wiring they did not connect my second stage of my heater up. worst install I ever seen and apparently tech had no clue how to do his job. read more

Called them out to check out A/C the tech diagnosed the issue as refrigerant leak, not once did he offer locate the leak and repair. He wanted to pressure us into installing a whole new unit for God knows how much. I agreed to have him charge the refrigerant system and see if it leaked out again. Three days later the system wasn't cooling again so after throwing $800 down the tube we still had the same issue. I called another company who found the leak in the coil and repaired the system and recharged the system and now we have cool air again. I would never call these folks again because all they wanted to do was sell me a new unit instead of even trying to repair the existing one. Before Air Comfort was sold they were very good and reasonably priced. When it sold the price for installing a bathroom faucet went from $400 to $900. I find that to be more than a bit pricey. The installation of a new electrical panel was $11,000. Financed with a zero interest loan. But the finance company they use has only negative reviews. We will not be using them again. read more

If I could give Air Comfort Solutions (ACS) a ZERO star review I would. On August 2, 2025, my sewer drain to my septic tank backed up. I had solid defecation matter backed up in two toilets, in the main bathroom bathtub, and in the master bath shower stall. The house stunk to high heaven. I contacted ACS as soon as it happened on Saturday, August 2, at 6:02pm. Their internet advertisement claims "24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE AVAILABLE" and "Free Service Call with Same-Day Repair!" To be honestly blunt, this is a lie. Furthermore, I have an acquaintance that use to work for ACS. He said their protocol is to "call back or show up at the customer's home no more than 2 hours of their initial contact from the customer". This also never was or is no longer true. At 6:02pm I called ACS and was connected to their Call Center. They took my information and said they would forward it to the 'On-Call Technician' and I would receive a call back "momentarily." At 8:22pm I heard nothing so I called back. They confirmed they forwarded my information to the ACS On-Call Technician and they would send it again. At 10:24pm, after still hearing nothing, I called back to confirm if the Call Center did receive my info and that they did contact ACS. They confirmed they had all my info and did contact ACS. ACS did not contact me until Sunday, August 3rd at 8:14am; so much for their advertised claim of 24/7 emergency service. On Aug 3, 2025, I received a call from Kris at ACS to set an appointment for them to come out that day. Kris told me, "They are NOT on-call 24/7." Kris said he does not know why the Call Center told me I would receive a call back or why I was told they are still working on calls ahead of mine and ACS will call me as soon as they can. Kris said, "ACS closes their office at 6pm and all calls after that are handled by the Call Center." Kris informed me that ACS does not return any calls received after 6pm until 7am the next day. I told Kris then their 24/7 Emergency Service is false advertisement and the Call Center lied to me about contacting the ACS On-Call Technician. Furthermore, I told Kris the Call Center tells customers what they are scripted to tell them by their contracted company ACS; so ACS directs their Call Center to lie to their customers. Kris responded, "I do not disagree with anything you have said. You never should have been told those things." August 4, 2025, on the advice of my acquaintance that use to work for ACS, I called today to relay my experience to an ACS Manager. I talked to Cameron. After a short discussion, she said, "I hear you. I understand" and then my call was disconnected. I called back ACS and requested to speak to Cameron. She was busy and I was told she was on the phone and would call me back. To make long story short, she did call back and she said, "We do consider that we do have 24 hour emergency service, but we DO NOT consider backed up defecation in the house to be an emergency. If your house was flooded, we would consider that to be an emergency." Question: If the health hazard of being exposed to breathing the toxic odor and bacteria of solid defecation sewage matter is not considered to be an emergency, what is? Mostly importantly, you must consider the fact that if you smell it, the pollutants and bacteria of that defecation are in the air you are breathing and that IS a health hazard issue. However, ACS does not consider it to be a health hazard. Since this is the case, ACS has a very uneducated view of safety and of what should be considered an emergency situation? If you want to deal with a company that lies to you, a company you cannot trust or depend on, and a company that does not care about the unhealthy air you are breathing, then call Air Comfort Solutions. read more

Air Comfort Solutions offers very dependable service. They come out within 24 hours and are extremely prompt. They have installed several energy efficient systems in my home. I had several electrical outlets that didn't work because my past electrician improperly installed them. They came out and repaired all of them as part of the membership. I found every technician, that came to my house, to be patient, knowledgeable and they all completed a thorough evaluation of my needs. They signed up and guaranteed that their company had the capacity to service and maintain the servicing of 51,000 sq ft building. And that's just one of our buildings. They failed to do so horribly. Spoke and suggested of a refund of services that completely kept falling thru the cracks and with lack to no communication our business just decided to go elsewhere. Finally spoke with someone in Oklahoma City their home office, and a woman that answered the phone transparently stated that they thought that they could sustain our building but it turned out to be to much for the company to handle. Mind you with doing we were still owed money all due to us always paying in advance. It took forever to get to the original representative who took on job. After communicating dissatisfaction and needing to part ways, Mr. Aaron finally called agree to return our monies (check) and we'll be done. Here we are two whole yrs later, we are still attempting to collect what belongs to us, with no return calls, no return emails nor text. If you have a big business that is utilized regularly, I'd advise you to find someone that can properly service your units. And if you can avoid Aaron, he is not reliable, trustworthy nor honest. If I could give a 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had them come out to look at our furnace problem. The guy showed up in his personal vehicle so wasn't able to fix even the smallest of issues. I had to tell him to put a mask on before entering our house. When inspecting the furnace is was a brief look, he looked a few things over and then proceeded to tell us that three components needed to be changed but because of covid he wasn't sure when they would be able to get the part and he would have to get his boss to "try to pull some strings" if thats the direction we wanted to go. His big push was that we should replace our entire system for a total of over $11,000.00. It would " be better for our piece of mind". The repair estimate should we decide not to go that route was over $1100.00. They charged us $99.00 for the pleasure of the Visit. The very next day we had a Competitor of theirs come out and take a look. They were here less than an hour and only had to perform a maintenance service and the furnace is working just FINE. Avoid this place at all costs! I'll admit, I was optimistic when I called in and the dispatcher told me they'd be able to send someone out to me the same day even though my issue wasn't an emergency. That's where the good experience ended, however. We were fairly certain we knew what the issue was (I used to work for an HVAC company -- not as a technician, obviously), so we were able to have a friend from out of the area diagnose the issue, we just needed someone local to fix it. Thankfully we sort of knew what to expect and ask for or we'd have ended up getting totally ripped off by our very rude technician, Mark Mark arrived, not wearing a mask or seeming to have any interest in social distancing. I escorted him down to our basement to look at our heater. He barely touched the unit. He spent 10 seconds, if that, peeking into it from a few feet away, and then told us that we needed to replace our entire furnace because it was so old they wouldn't be able to read the model number or know what parts to order. Spoiler alert, it's old, but not that old, and we, with our untrained eyes, could read the model number. When we told him we'd had someone look at it previously and they knew what part we needed, he remarked, "Well, you should probably buy that part from him then." When we pushed back about replacing the entire unit his response was that he could replace the part we mentioned, but that our unit was so old it was probably emitting carbon monoxide and we didn't even know it and there's no way it was safe. He said, if we wanted to pay him he'd replace the part, but then he'd probably have to "condemn" our unit and "turn off gas to your whole old house." I get it, our furnace is old, but even if it did need to be completely replaced, there would have been better ways to explain it. Anyways, he disappeared to his truck and came back telling us that it would be $800 to replace the part that we needed. (We'd previously been told to expect around $400). We let him know that we planned to get another opinion (even if the price had been more reasonable, we wouldn't have wanted to give a company that employs someone so rude, that much money). The whole interaction was less than 5 minutes. 10 seconds of him barely looking at our unit, and 4 minutes and 50 seconds of him negging us, and apparently, for ACS, that's enough to charge a diagnostic fee. I don't know if he could tell we were upset, or if he does it for everyone, but he did knock $25 off the normally $100 fee. The good news is, we were able to find another company with kind technicians who spent a good deal of time looking at our unit, explained everything, and agreed that starting with the part we had in mind was the best first step. No condemning of our unit necessary. Oh, and the cost? $425. read more

Their receptionist Leanne told me the new owners that took over late last year do not offer "refunds" of any sort. After installation we did some research and found out that the coils that were installed were for 14 seer units. We contacted the company they said that the correct coils were on back order. We said we really wanted them switched out as that's what we thought we were purchasing. Like a previous reviewer stated, "Mark" showed up very promptly and spent 2 minutes looking at my ac condenser before telling me it had to be replaced and that it was "going to be expensive." Like how expensive, I asked...like about $2k more than I spent to replace an entire system expensive. I said "I'm no trained HVAC mechanic, but that sounds insane." He said let me call the boss, see what we can do. While he's outside calling, I contacted a buddy of mine who I shouldve called from the get-go, and he said that is insane, I'll be there in the am and get you fixed up for waaaay less than 1/2 of ACS's quote. I've used Air Comfort Solutions for two different rental properties. At the first rental property, they fixed the unit but there was a recommended repair to clean the blow motor, wheel, and A-Coil for about $1650. At the second rental property, someone came out I'm not really sure what they did because the unit was never fixed. They did however suggest that I spend about $1650 to have the blower motor, wheel, and A-Coil cleaned just like they did at the previous property. They charged me $119 for the service call. It's been a little over a month since that service call and my tenant is still complaining about it not being cool. I go over there and take a look at the outside unit and it's filthy! I call another service guy to come out (from a different company this time), and he confirms the unit is filthy and there is absolutely nothing else wrong with the AC. He cleans the outside unit and the AC is finally cool. The charge for this call was $85 with the different company. So Air Comfort Solutions didn't fix the problem and instead recommended I do $1650 worth of work when the problem was the outside unit anyway. They recently replaced our upstairs and downstairs systems...less than four hours, very professional, never would have known they were here outside of our cool and comfortable home on a day with a 108 degree + heat index. If you want to get taken advantage of then this is your business to call! I needed a new garbage disposal. I set an appt and asked the appt lady about my choices in disposals and that I want a good one and she answers that that is handled by the installers . The actual truth is , the installers go pick up the cheapest disposal at a cost of around 75 dollars to them and there is no other option mentioned to you and then they charge you 400 dollars to put it in and on the invoice they don't show the price of the disposal they purchased .
