He called back at 12:45PM the same day to let me know he had an opening and would be at our house in 30 minutes. He did a complete examination of our system, narrowed in on the problematic damper, and even happened to have the right replacement unit in his truck. He got the job done in record time at a very reasonable price and we have a cool second story again! This is the second time we've worked with Jake and S&R and he's the exact kind of person you want working on your heating or cooling system: smart, a solid troubleshooter, kind, and a great communicator. If you need a hand with your system, don't hesitate to call S&R!

Working with my Landmark my home warranty provider, he promptly provided his professional assessment and obtained an approval for a much-needed unit upgrade, facilitated getting the unit delivered in just a few days, and completed the installation on a Saturday morning as the temperature rose to 102 degrees that afternoon - whew! Thank you, Nick!!! During installation, an internally corroded ventilation flume pipe broke, and Nick knew where to go to get a new one and did just that without missing a beat. This could have caused another two or more days' delay, but Nick took care of us. He explained the warranty and that the new unit was already registered with the manufacturer. It's working superlatively and we couldn't be happier with Nick's service and attention to detail, including adding additional structural support to some damaged dry wall under the unit that he didn't have to do nor did I realize it was compromised from previous water damage from the prior unit; he also applied new duct seam adhesive at all junctures and improved access to the filter for us. We highly recommend Nick and Reds Refrigeration Service and Repair!

Among them a new motor for $867. Something didn't sit right. I called Boise Heating and Cooling looking for a second opinion. Thank goodness Nick answered! He just replaced that motor and charged me $515. He arrived a few minutes early and was out in under an hour. In today's world having skilled, knowledgeable people we can hire knowing they will act with integrity is just getting harder and harder to come by. If you want to save yourself stress and money, don't do what I did, just call Boise Heating and Cooling first.

TJ was very professional and explained all the options available to us; I agreed that the AC system was at the end of life as well and the inspection discovered some problems. They scheduled us for the following week and performed a complete replacement of the HVAC system over 1.5 days. This was performed in December when we needed the heat and Green's was diligent to provide us that capability before leaving at the end of the first day, they worked until 7:00 PM to give us an operating heater. Their price was reasonable and the quality of the work was great. They are providing us with two inspections over the next 12 months as a courtesy, which is really appreciated; they stand behind their work.

He was courteous and pleasant to work with, and I highly recommend him and his company.

I really appreciated how they took the time to explain what they found and gave me a thorough diagnosis rather than rushing through the appointment. He quoted me over $6k in repairs. I passed. Before he left he said he would check the AC since it was fall but still 85 degrees. When I came home after being a kids sports all day Saturday I realized my AC was not working. When I called Ultimate, they have only AI agents, no real person. And although they say they provide 24/7 service. They do not. No live person, despite several attempts and the soonest they could come back was Monday. I found a local company to come out. The service technician discovered Ultimate had left wires unplugged in AC unit ... AND they didn't replace the filter in my heating unit despite my explicit conversation with the Ultimate technician about getting that done. Furthermore, the $6k quote of "must do" fixes from Ultimate were not needed. I am so disheartened companies like this exist. Do not use Ultimate Heating & Air unless you want shoddy work and a major upsell.
