Over the course of the next 6 hours, Trevor and FaceTime took us on a live tour of a town we had never been to. He educated us on the culture, places to go, and the overall pulse of Hudson. Trevor drove to each of the 3 houses we were interested in, stood outside so we could see and hear the traffic patterns, and toured the houses with us looking in with our phone. It was unbelievable. Initially, we were looking to purchase a house with 10 + acres, with no nearby neighbors. At the end of the day, Trevor suggested that we look at a home that was about to go on the market in the heart of the village, walkable to restaurants, clubs, and all Hudson has to offer. We fell in love. This realtor is skilled in listening to all that his clients tell him. He puts together the important parts of the desires you have shared with him, and then, presents back to you opportunities that you love because he got what you wanted absolutely right.
