The technician was making it sound like it would break down within 2 weeks if I didn't do the other thing. Well, now here we are two weeks later, it worked until today. And to come out, they want another trip fee if it's anything other than that coil, but I have already spent $4000 with them and they have been telling me so many different things that I can almost guarantee you they will admit no fault. I just wasted $4000. If I could give 0 stars.

Nick was so thorough in his inspection and explanation of one of the main issues causing my recurring summer nightmare of an A/C that struggled (and frequently failed) year after agonizing year to keep my house at a comfortable temperature. I have had the other owner and one of their techs out on other issues, they are all extremely honest. Today, one of my units stopped working, I called to schedule an appointment, instead of coming out and charging me a fee, he told me to check to see if there was water in the shutoff float, there was, told me to clean it out, problem solved.
