Who does that anymore??? the job was outstanding, he went above and beyond! took pictures during the process, because we decided since we had five dogs we would leave the house and I could not be any more happy and feel so on top of the World about my new deck and railing!!!! The price he gave me at the beginning was exactly the price at the end no extra charges, and again who does this nowadays??? If you were looking for any contractor or construction person to help you build or remodel this is your guy you are dumb, and you will kick yourself in the ass, if you go anywhere else!!!!!

Made appointment to build custom home. My husband and I told him what we wanted and price range…read morethat we wanted to spend. On our second visit he showed us the house blueprints he sketched up and we were not satisfied. Custom home looked cheap and boring. Meaning all vinyl siding without brick or stone, windows were low grade quality and the inside was boring. No crown molding or fireplace, Things like that. It seemed like he was more focused on the drainage system outside of the home etc. Also the price was 30,000 over what we wanted to spend. We ended up building with another custom builder who listened to our wants and needs.

Marty Linton from Quality-A-Garages came highly recommended to me by someone who should know…read morewhether or not things are being done correctly. Even though my garage wasn't built in one day (which was offered by other contractors), I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Marty and his crew are true professionals who take pride in their work, and who work together like a well-oiled machine. Everything was done according to the city's rules and regulations, nothing was rushed, no corners were cut, all necessary permits were obtained, and the modifications I asked for were incorporated into my 16' by 24' garage. They built the garage, installed the garage doors, vinyl sided it, and put the roof and shingles on. They even took the extra step to put up vinyl electrical cover caps for my carriage lights and flood lights. In fact, all the men in the neighborhood who have come over to see my new garage have commented on how well built it is and what a good job they did. Not only did Marty and his crew build me a beautiful garage, but they gave me excellent referrals for electrical work, cement work, and gutters. Every one of these additional contractors was reasonably priced, did excellent work, and they all spoke very highly of Marty, which says volumes about his character. I would not hesitate to recommend Marty Linton from Quality-A-Garages and his crew to anyone interested in building a new garage with quality and craftsmanship, but still reasonably priced.
