I wanted to share an update--both my husband and I are now undergoing therapy…read more I've started treatment for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome to help relieve the persistent numbness and tingling in my left arm and hand. Although I had ulnar nerve surgery two years ago, the symptoms never fully resolved. A hand surgeon recommended repeating the procedure but couldn't guarantee it would help. Instead, Dr. Joseph suggested trying therapy focused on the thoracic nerve outlet, and I've already experienced significant relief after just a few weeks. As for my husband, he was struck by a car in April 2025 and initially received therapy at a hospital. Unfortunately, we didn't see much progress with his mobility. I decided to take him to Kendall Physical Therapy, and the difference has been remarkable. Within a few weeks, he's walking more confidently and relying less on his walker. He also genuinely enjoys going there--the staff has been incredibly kind and supportive.

Shoot I forgot his name) got my dad all set up on the device and Joe stayed with my dad for the duration of the trial, offering him support, observing his movements, and answering my dad's many questions. My dad LOVED the experience. He was able to walk PAIN-FREE without worrying about losing his balance, for a full 20 minutes. He was thrilled. We can't wait to return for twice weekly sessions on the Alter-G!! Thank you Joe and the whole PT Advantage team. We had a great experience. They worked closely with me three times a week ensuring I progressed in each session so after 10 weeks I have full mobility. They also ensured I had a program to follow at home for those days I was not at PT. They were in continuous communication about my treatment plan so it felt seamless no matter who treated me. Dan is the leader of the site and has an amazing team--they help each other and the patients continuously without even being asked--plus they ensure everyone has fun while in clinic.
