Aiden was our wedding photographer, and there are so many positive things to say about him. Even before we signed the contract with him, he patiently took the time to ask about (and jot down) our background, plan, and expectations--he really cared to know about our life story to best capture it. Very organized, Aiden is super responsive via text or email; it's always been a breeze to communicate with him. He was also very flexible with changes of plan, which are quite common given how much is going on during those wedding days. It's worth mentioning that Aiden accommodated my last-minute proposal plan and played along nicely to pull off a proposal that both was a surprise to my then-fiancée AND got captured by a professional photographer. (These two usually go against each other: You either pop the surprise but have no one capture it, or have it professionally captured but ruin the surprise. With Aiden, we had the best of both worlds!) Also, to get the peak foliage in Boston, we changed our plan multiple times, and Aiden has always been very cooperative and accommodating. He was also extremely helpful in even non-photography issues, providing many great tips for us (including where to get good seafood after our photoshoot LOL). Aiden's assistance has made our entire wedding experience much easier and more relaxing. He has been always sweet and patient, soothing our stress that originated from the necessary preparations. Most importantly, Aiden is a skillful photographer with great taste. We immediately fell in love with his work after seeing his unique approach of documenting the moments. I have a Ph.D. in a field possibly the closest to photography and deal with images/photos/videos on a daily basis, and I'm confident to say Aiden is technically solid, of course in addition to his artistic tastes. We ended up with numerous beautiful pictures we love, which, by the way, got delivered within a matter of only a few days after the shoots. My husband and I randomly found Aiden's wedding portfolio through Google and loved his sense of composition, timing, color and lighting, which led us to partner with him as our wedding photographer. At the end of this whole thing, we can't help but say that Aiden himself has been one of the greatest wedding gifts to us. Aiden was incredibly professional and attentive. Aiden was the most wonderful photographer we could have asked for for our wedding. He was professional, prepared, and responsive leading up to it. On the wedding day, he was soft spoken and kind. We barely noticed he was there, and we heard the same thing from many of our guests - neither he nor his assistant were ever in anyone's way. A friend referred us to Aiden when we were looking for a local wedding photographer. Aiden struck me as an unusual businessman and photographer, in that he was calm, not at all pushy, and he seemed honestly interested in understanding what we liked about wedding photographs and how we wanted our day to be captured. He managed to combine our interests with his incredible artistic abilities to truly capture the day. The end result was a beautiful collection of pictures that easily rival much more established and expensive photographers. My wife and I met in Boston and we both love the city's parks and architecture. During our first meeting with Aiden, he helped us pick a short list of our favorite locations that would photograph well, and he traveled around the city with us for a few hours on the day of the wedding to photograph everything from us in-and-around our house in the North End to the Esplanade. He even kindly obliged our request for pictures walking our dogs in full wedding attire. Neither my wife nor I are big fans of what we consider to be stuffy formal wedding photographs. Armed with this insight, Aiden moved fluidly around during the ceremony and afterwards, resulting in a collection of truly personal and fun photographs of us interacting with family and friends. Several of our guests remarked how gracefully Aiden was able to interact and move through the crowd, without any unwanted or intrusive presence that we've noticed with some other photographers. We also requested a few traditional pictures with our family and friends, and Aiden proved equally adept with those, so I have no doubt he would impress if you are looking for more traditional formal photos. When the wedding was complete, Aiden had taken over 1200 pictures. Within a day of the wedding, he impressed my wife by sending her a kind note and a sneak peak of a few pictures, and a few weeks later he delivered us a personalized disc with cleaned-up, full resolution copies of over 400 of his best shots. We hired Aiden for our wedding last October in Boston. He was very responsive right off the bat which was really nice and made things easy. I met with him to discuss what we wanted and our vibe as a couple. His pricing is also very reasonable, and he doesn't try to sell you on more than you're looking for. I really liked that he blends in to the background on the wedding day. I don't really enjoy being photographed and he totally put me at ease. He also has a great eye for using his surroundings to create a cool shot. My favorite pictures are ones he suggested taking from above while we stood at the bottom of a spiral staircase, very cool. We hired Aiden for both our engagement shoot as well as our wedding photography. His prices are reasonable and pictures are excellent. Aiden is very professional and wants to make sure everything is perfect. We had a specific picture we wanted the evening of the wedding and Aiden made sure to tell us when the lighting would be perfect for the picture (with an advance reminder the night of). He thought nothing of crawling on his back on a dirty roof to capture the moment perfectly. I am typically a control freak and like things done my way, but with Aiden I quickly understood that he had everything under control and I didn't need to worry about the photographs. At one point I thought a couple of shots he was taking were kind of strange and I didn't get it... lo and behold they turned out to be a couple of our favorites! In Aiden we trust. I wouldn't hesitate to trust Aiden with the photography of your important day. Another great thing is that he is prompt to respond (this is big for me). We didn't find this the case with all our other vendors, some of whom were very expensive. When he says something will be done by a certain date, it will be done by that date... or sooner. Aiden met up with my fiance and I earlier this year for our engagement photos - he gave us a quick rundown of where we would be going around the city to take pictures. Once we jumped into taking photographs, his direction was concise and gentle. We both felt completely at ease with him, and the pictures felt natural. Even walking between different photo spots, he was capturing candid moments which ended up being some of our favorite pictures. Aiden was my wedding photographer back in 2013. My husband and I love his pictures very much! He was very professional and have a lot of great ideas in terms of how to pose for family portrait. During the wedding, he was a great observer. He captured great moments during the ceremony, speeches, and so many fun moments afterwards. Fast forward, now 4 years later, one kid later, we decided to hire Aiden again for a family photo shoot session. He hasn't changed! He is still very professional. Very easy to communicate with via email before the shoot. He gave us a few great suggestions in terms of the location of the photo shoot.
