Office staff told me they would call the other office to inform them of (their) problem. When I got there it was obvious no one had communicated anything. I was not seen. I showed them the document with their error and they didn't care. They weren't even kind. SHAME on all of them!!!

Unfortunately, you cannot "unteach" people who are unprofessional and lacking in common sense and social grace, often referred to as a lack of intelligence to put it nicely, especially from a medical corporation like Sagebrush Health, which also goes under the names of Sagebrush Rheumatology, Sagebrush Healthcare, Sagebrush Healthcare Rheumotoloy, and possibly others, and has at least nine locations throughout Las Vegas in addition to others in Arizona and Washingtion states. I'll forgo the long deailed explanation of Sagebrush Health losing a scheduled appointment, the excessive hour-long delay in an otherwise empty office, as an accommodation according to the receptionist, the lack of any information regarding the months in advance scheduled appointment, the rudeness from Urline Charles, APRN, telling my wife that she had no paperwork or knowledge why my wife was there--then talking down to her by asking a grown woman if she [my wife] knew the difference between skeletal and muscular pain, of having a nurse practitioner see my wife instead of a doctor without asking. Having my wife go for blood tests that were available to Ursline Charles, at additional time and expense to my wife. In addition to many other issues at the offices of Sagebrush Health Rheumatology, too many to include without unnecessarily elongating this review. I am retracting my promise to Sagebrush Health not to write a negative review if they refunded my wife's co-pay. Unfortunately, the refund took well over six weeks with excessive prodding from me, forcing me to waste my time chasing Sagebrush Health, et al., with numerous calls to Liliya Meadows, Ursline Charles, and the regional manager named Cynthia, who failed to follow through on our initial conversation by calling me back "within a few days." Due to the attached letter dated June 26, 2025, and received June 30, 2025, which is an attempt to make my wife and me the "bad guys," I have gone back on my promise not to post negative reviews, and expose Sagebrush Healthcare, including Liliya Meadows, Ursline Charles, Cynthia and the entire staff of Sagebrush Health for their unprofessional, ill-mannered behavior, and vendictively issuing the attached letter. It would have gone without the letter that my wife or I would never step foot in a Sagebrush Healthcare Rheumatology office again, and I told Liliya Meadows just that on our multiple telephone calls. The certified and accusatory letter, attached with the blatant innuendo, is proof of how poorly this company operates, and people need to be made aware of the subpar management and operations of these medical offices. The service of the attached letter went too far, and people need to be made aware of how poorly these medical offices are run and operated. I posted this review at multiple Sagebrush office locations, considering the various offices my wife and I had to deal with in this matter.

First impression are so important.. Outside of those things as stated, there is a staff member who is sweet and wanting to be helpful but seems very immature in conversing with her. (every few words she says "like" etc. ). Seems that she may just be fairly new in the field... Lastly, thank you Dr. Cabling! I feel I lucked out in finding you!

When I had questions about my results, I was told she does not call patients to discuss labs, which I found very concerning. I then had to schedule an additional appointment just to review my results. During that visit, when I expressed that I was uncomfortable with the lack of communication, she became upset and dismissive. She then told me I do not have lupus, which was shocking given my prior diagnosis and everything I've experienced with this condition. This interaction felt unprofessional and lacked empathy. As a patient managing a chronic illness, clear communication and compassion are extremely important. Unfortunately, I did not feel supported or respected during this process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend seeing her.

Dr Kelly delayed my diagnosis and subsequent treatment by not taking me seriously. He told me "just by looking at me" that I did not have lupus, even though my primary doctor and tests all said that I did. Dr Kelly sent me for additional tests, so I waited until I wasn't feeling well to get them done, in the hopes that they would show activity to prove to him that I did have lupus. The test did, in fact, come back positive but I never heard back from his office. I had to go back to my PCP and request a referral to a different rheumatologist. Two years later I have a great rheumatologist at Sagebrush Rheumatology. Dr Lim listens and really tries to get to the bottom of things. At my initial visit, before diagnosis, Dr Lim took the time to go over my whole medical history and sent me for much more elaborate testing than Dr Kelly did. I would not recommend Dr Kelly to anyone struggling with autoimmune conditions. There are good Rheumatologists out there, but Dr Kelly is not one of them.

When you call to make your first appointment he requires extensive lab work and a consultation from your primary MD and then he will decide to "accept" you as a new patient. After that process, you can then make an appointment. You can expect to wait at least 2 hours when you arrive for appointment even after you are an established patient. He will spend a lot of time talking to you, although he will mostly talk about himself and his self proclaimed expertise in the field of Rheumatology. He requires you to have monthly labwork for maintenance medications. He will not renew meds without bloodwork but fails to renew electronic standing orders with the lab. He is very condescending, unsympathetic and does not give you an opportunity to speak or ask questions. He schedules a follow up visit for 4 months but has no openings for 6 months! I would not recommend this doctor.

I had severe Rheumatoid Arthritis for a few years & with all my back, head & neck problems no one listened to the symptoms for RA that I complained about. It took my pain doctor-Dr Imas' hunch to do a little blood work & I got hit in the face with the door of having (on the normal blood #'s 1-14, my RA # was a 65). I knew nothing about it except remembering as a child a distant older relative having severely disfigured hands with very large nodules on them. I lost it & thought life as I knew it was over. Dr. Grant was so supportive & took alot of time with me explaining & informing me of every detail & all the different treatments & life wasn't over, just some days would be tougher than others. I see him at Touro University in Henderson by the Automall & he is wonderful. He spends as much time as you need with him-not an egg timer visit like most doctors, also unlike most doctors nowadays he actually examines you every visit & truly cares about giving you all the options-the truth in ups, downs & side effects as frank as can be with all the treatment options & trying to find the exact formula to put each person on the best healthiest least problematic & painful treatment road. The staff at Touro is very thorough & you hardly wait more than a 5-10 minutes each visit from walking in the front door to being in a room with Dr. Grant. He & his staff are very quick to get insurance to cover the expensive injection medication & he is very generous with each person with samples to find the right injection medication that works best for each person. That is great considering how super expensive they are. From $1900 to almost $2500 if insurance doesn't cover it & your body instantly feels if it doesn't get it's shot exactly on time so time is super critical & they are all over that! He told me we have 7 Rheumatologists in town & need at least 35. Unfortunately that means you will wait a few months for your first visit. I now schedule a few appointments at once every time I'm there so I can get them for when I need to see him for checkups. If you do have the health misfortune of having to need a Rheumatologist he is the best one around. It's worth the wait to see him!

At the Eastern office, I felt I was treated differently because I'm not Hispanic and don't speak Spanish. The service was unprofessional, and I left feeling ignored and uncomfortable. I decided to give the Sun City location a chance, but it was just as bad. I waited two hours to see the doctor, and she spent barely 15 minutes with me. When I tried to explain my symptoms and concerns, she dismissed everything and told me I was "too young" to have anything wrong -- simply because most of their patients in that area are older. She ordered a lot of bloodwork but didn't explain any of it. When I asked questions, she brushed me off and told me to take collagen and vitamins because I'm in my 40s. That had nothing to do with what I was actually feeling. She even made a rude comment when I asked about testosterone levels, instead of educating me respectfully. Both locations showed poor communication, lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for patient concerns. If you're going to work in healthcare, you should care about people -- not stereotype them based on age, race, or language. This was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
