There weren't that many steps, but the steps that I did have, they walked me through. My rate was better than all of my friends at the time, so I was very happy. However, the reason I'm writing the review is because of the service my brother got. Basically, when it was his time to buy a house, Northwood worked magic and got around the 9 month probationary period that the TTC imposes. It would have been a huge bummer if we couldn't get my brother a mortgage based on that technicality, but they got it done. I highly recommend Allan.

My kids can't pay their tuition. This happens almost every time I try to withdraw funds from my RESP. I usually have to invest 10-12 hours of time on hold, even pre-pandemic. But five stars because the staff appears to be very friendly and team-spirited based on the previous Yelper's review and the meeting that I saw they were having as I was doing my cheque depositing. We joined the very long queue to get this sorted out. The line was practically out the door at this point and moving extremely slowly. I didn't keep track of how long we waited, but with only three tellers working and one in training, it was a long and boring wait. The fact that the bank was closed the previous day could've added to how many people needed to see a teller. When we asked about why we were given only $5 bills when $20 bills were requested, we were told the machine must've run out of $20 bills. If that's the case, the machine should be able to register this and not have this option available.
