I called on a Saturday and he answered right away. I explained the plumbing issue and he made it clear that he had not repaired a similar issue, but that he felt confident that he could do it. I am giving 4 stars rather than three because I take responsibility for moving forward knowing that he did not have experience. I told him I would wait until Monday since that was as soon as he was available ( although that was two days with no water). He arrived with his wife/girlfriend on time at around 10 am. and she accompanied him when he made several trips for parts. At 3:30 he let me know that he was unable to make the repair. I know that he advertises that he does plumbing, but I most likely would not call him back for further plumbing issues. He asked me to consider him for other projects and I will keep him in mind but I will make sure that it is something that he has experience with. I am sorry that it did not work out, but it was a learning experience for both of us.

Will replaced 3 light fixtures, a ceiling fan, a venthood, restored function-electricity to 2 outlets & one hardwired site, replaced front storm door, and added handle to said storm door. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and made recommendations, ex: Response - wrapping because wires are brittle, need consider new wiring. No dilly dallying with Will. He stays on task and focused. I gave Will a very detailed list of tasks-items and he gave me a time estimate for completing them with the caveat that nothing unusual came up.
