As the snow feel onto the windows, I was sitting in a hot Bikram yoga studio, and it was lovely!…read moreThe studio, as said previously, is tucked away behind a corner, which makes it feel like a hidden gem once you discover where it actually is. My first experience at Bikram-Yoga-Studio was great. It was my first time trying Bikram, and the instructor taught in both English and German which made it a lot easier to follow. It seemed that she was also very articulate about the poses when she'd explain them in German. After class, there was hot tea, gummy bears and bananas to regain my strength after sweating it out for 1 1/2 hours. While small and poorly lit, the dressing room had hair dryers and warm showers and enough space to rinse off after class - it worked...and since I took such a long time drinking tea and regaining normal body temperature, it was fairly empty by the time I went to shower. Will be going back!

If you like a warm family like atmosphere this is the place to go to. I tried other bikram yoga…read moreplaces in hamburg some years ago and it felt like I was in a fitness studio.. At Your-Yoga it's not like that, me and my friends keep coming here for the bike am and Forrest yoga classes when we get the chance and we always leave feeling great.
