I went in with a receipt for a tow and Mr. Lanter told me I would have to wait while he finished a call to get my money back from them. I didn't mind at first. The call lasted over 20 minutes and since I could hear the conversation I could tell it was just a personal call. I was late to work but finally got the reimbursement. Today I tried to reach them, a Friday morning around 9:30 to 10 am and was routed to a 24 hour service. State Farm has been our insurance for over 3 decades. When needed, they really took care of us.
