With COVID the staff collected my name, number and temperature and then had me fill out the once a year new client paperwork. It was about 5 electronic pages and completed quickly. My appointment started and Jessica was very informative about what I would be experiencing. I felt comfortable and heard. My lovely boyfriend arranged for me to have the Hydrofacial (medical facial) with dermaplaning, UV light treatment and an Immune Boost IV!!! This is the tip-top package of the facial experience. My man is a keeper, that's for sure! During the process Jessica took the time to explain what she would be doing next and each step was so satisfying! After answering that question (with my concern about potential skin cancer) was I told that the doctors are not accepting new patients. I told the receptionist that it was strange to be asked what I'm interested in first, if the doctor is not accepting new patients. I asked if the answer would be different if I was interested in cosmetic services and she told me "yes". There would be a significant wait, but I could schedule for a cosmetic consult, and I could not have medical concerns addressed at such a visit. This told me everything I need to know about this practice. Skin cancer, which is potentially lethal, is not something they have time for - cosmetics pay much more.
