Another florist in town initially took an order through FTD, confirmed the order to have flowers delivered to the local funeral home by a specific time for viewing, and failed not only to fill the order but failed to give notice until 24 hours later after the funeral service the next day that they were not able to make the delivery. The Petal Patch took my order, and hand delivered flowers to the family home. Kudos to them.

I paid for a 3rd tier product, but the actual quantity of flowers was on par with what you would find in a grocery store. I also left a considerable tip for the "driver", but I later learned that my older parents were asked to come and pick up the arrangement for themselves, despite choosing a "delivery day", "driver tip", etc. I've never heard of that before. I am very disappointed with the service I received, and it was a departure from the service delivered in the past. I will not be patronizing Early Blooms &Things again. We're all experiencing "unprecedented economic times", and that stopped being an excuse in Covid times. Do better, and stop ripping off your customers.

I live in Austin but my family lives in Brown County and we have suffered many losses over the years. They delivered it to her at her Lake Brownwood home. I call them directly and they're all just darling to deal with and their costs are always reasonable. Delivery is prompt. I contacted Charlette at Bangs Flower and Gift Shop to make an arrangement and deliver it to the service. (Picture) We picked out an arrangement from her website ( www.bangsflowerandgiftshop.com ), a white flower heart stand. With help from Charlette we asked her to add some yellow flowers to complement the arrangement. She delivered the arrangement after consulting with the Davis Morris Funeral Home in Brownwood.
