I requested a repair for a leak in the pipes, low pressure, and broken sprinklers. I was selling my…read morehouse and had to get it fixed before turning it to the new owner. When the new owner assumed care of the house, they noticed that the water supply to the sprinkler system was closed, the garden and backyard plants and trees were dead, and when they turned on the sprinkler system, there was still a leak present, and water pressure was persistently low. I paid $525, and they told me that the sprinkler system would be running daily due to the heat so that the plants wouldn't die (I renovated the backyard and spent at least $3K in landscaping work before this) and that they had fixed the water pressure issues and fixed the leak. They left the leak, and the water supply was shut off, so we did not notice that the yard was not getting watered, as we had left the house before their service. A month later, I contacted them to see if they could fix the problem, and despite reporting the issue to them, they have yet to bother to contact me or go to the site to determine what went wrong. I don't post negative reviews as a customer because I understand that things can be difficult and there are multiple sides to a story-- customers should be cautious with companies that may be extremely busy, and it seems like they are.
