The Snickers smoothie, while generous and refreshing, didn't seem to have any bananas, peanut butter or cacao - it mostly tasted of cinnamon and ice. (Honestly, I ordered it three times, so it wasn't that bad - just not as flavorful as it could have been.)
The service was off-putting, with the waitress being lackluster at best. One day she brought the tempeh burrito without the sriracha mayo, and when I asked for it, she said (completely unapologetically) they had run out. Interestingly, she'd just placed a container of the stuff on the table next to me - and that guy didn't even get his food until I had finished my dry burrito. She also shooed me away from an outside table which she said they were holding for a larger group, even though they weren't busy and that table sat empty the whole time I was there. Twice she served me salsa in a clearly used ramekin, and twice my smoothie arrived in a cracked glass. One day on the patio there were two large roaches scuttling around, which she deftly stepped on and swept away.
I really wanted to like this place, and am giving it an extra star for being vegan and accepting credit cards. Overall though, it left me with a bad vibe.
